I spent the long Diwali weekend with family at Golden Toff. The resort is well maintained and the staff is polite and prompt. The food at the restaurant is tasty and well priced. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi with retro music playing in the background. Overall a memorable experience

Pathetic cleanliness. Staff attitude high for no reason.. Location is good. But deficits in room are never attended to even after multiple calls... Reception and supervisory staff always carry high attitude.. I would not recommend one to stay here.. The promoter is complacent and does not seem to mean business of doing business

Pros: very neat and clean property, delicious food in the hotel, nominal price for alcohol, outside food delivery also allowed. The hotel staffs are very polite. We had complimentary breakfast in our package and it was top notch. They had fruits, indian breakfast item like upma, uttapam, sambar, etc. It's very near to reliance corporate park around 3-4 km. Cons: location of the property is in an industrial area. So you won't find anything apart from this property.

Location of this hotel is very convenient. The reception and the staff are brilliant. Food is excellent. Rooms are clean. The cleaners also come and change everything everyday. Rooms above the restaurant have pest issues at night but they resolved the issue and shifted us a floor up after a few days. Complimentary breakfast has hardly any options which was disappointing to be honest, because on our booking it said it was a buffet. 4 stars for the reception and staff. Not for the hotel itself. Bad breakfast and cockroaches ruined our holiday.

Keep up the good work Express Inn as this is not the only time I to have come as I'll be coming in most regularly, for you'll truly touched my heart. You'll bought in the smile that I had it long missing out in my life for quite sometime. A special word of mention goes for Lax*** from the Reservation Desk who did all kinds of workability for accommodating us, though being so very hard pressed because of year end scenario. The Front Desk ***ager Ms. Lovely who ensured to give all her care and attention throughout be that on our arrival until we leaving. She ensured to not get us disappointed anywhere to the extent of even accompanying ***** with us to our room. The Bar & Beverage ***ager - Keith who ensured to release out his time for us to interact with him whenever we were around to give us the much needed solace and laughter under his care and attention. Yogesh-The Bell Boy who is such a delight to be around with who not only holds an amazing personality but is one of the most sweetest of person I having met. A rare individual to be found these days who is so gentle, polite and highly comforting. Hope he achieves much more greater success in the hospitality industry unlike to what he is currently doing out of responsibility which actually doesnot justify to his personality which is meant for him to achieve much more bigger. The overall staff of Astria the in-house Restaurant which I can't express in words to what all they did forth in order to solve off our hunger pangs when we happened to miss out on the breakfast schedule. The House-Keeping staff too was always on their toes and readily available whenever we required of anything even though a whole lot was going at the same time at the facility especially of a certain VIP event. Lastly my word of gratitude even goes for the security personnels at the gate who remain energetic and most responsible throughout to cater to our car parking worries. Always more than ready to help & assist by providing timely valet services. May God bless everyone for Express Inn to become even more valuable to what it already is
