Hotel room was totally waste - full of seapage smell, humid, room of mosquito, no drinking water glass or jug, no kitchen so they are serving food from outside. That’s all which i want to share - these are the basic requirements which should be there - even they don’t have proper ac working, tv was not working, bathroom was very dirty

1. location of hotel is in between vegetable market
2.room was too small in size
3. phone in room is not working, so i can't call reception or ask for room service
4. lizard and mosquito in room

I would like a get a refund for this booking bed linen was smelling badly towel given we dirtytoilet was leaking and less lightno hot water and tab broken room is very small not like pictures given

Rooms were not clean and they have not maintained the hygiene. Service is not up to the mark i think it's a complete waste of money.
