We visited this property after being there 20 years ago. Still a fab property. Staff exceptional. Place requires a lot of repairs and I am sure they are on to it. The only thing we were very upset was - about our drivers accommodation and food. A GRT run property DOES NOT provide food or not even a cup of tea. The accommodation provided had serious issues with mosquitos so our driver slept in the car. The location of the property was away from shops and other accommodation so to have a cup of coffee our driver had to drive a fair distance. I escalated this to the management mid way of our stay - of course the answer was we will do it sir - but absolutely nothing happened. We plan to be back again as we like the place. But if this is not improved we will reluctantly look for alternatives.

The hotel is mostly geared towards enforcing its own rules rather than serving the guests. Ask anything and it runs foul of a rule. Its a struggle to prevail. Simple things like 2 room entry cards or even asking for welcome drink at 11:45 are not allowed. even customising my dosa was refused. I was asked to wait for checkout for 15 minutes while the desk clerk finished her work. Our rules are sacrosanct and priority!! We won't bend. Customer satisfaction is secondary. The bed had a side table only on one side. The power outlet is only in the middle of the bed. How to charge our phones and laptops in the night? The restaurant was a huge disappointment. Its prices are through the roof and the taste is very ordinary.. The bright side was the room and the bathroom. The AC, comforters, mattress, bed and the toiletries

So cordial atmosphere with flawless hospitality during entire stay. Food was awesome though rates are Higher...Well maintained swimming pool...timing 🏊♂️ should be extended in the evening beyond 6PM ...cycling 👍...Hope to visit soon

Pleasant stay. Staff are very cordial. Food was excellent; the breakfast in particular has great variety and quality. Rooms were very spacious, clean and the beds comfortable. Excellent ambience,with lots of lush greeneries in the resort We were happy to sight peacocks in the morning Swimming pool was very clean with excellent maintenance We also enjoyed playing many indoor games As a whole it was an enjoyable experience and would like to come again Will also recommend to our friends

Room was dated. Smelly and very old. Bed was not comfortable. AC unit worked well, but was too loud. No AC in bathroom,, bathroom was very dirty and outdated.

Awesome stay. Worth every penny paid. Attitude of the staffs are very good. Rooms are very spacious. Enjoyed a lot with the family. Special kudos to the restaurant staffs for providing fresh and tasty food. Excited to see the peacocks roaming casually around the resort.. Highly recommended 👌

The staff, right from the manager, reception, dining, were all very friendly. Personal care was taken to please us. Upon knowing that I don't eat garlic, the staff made sure that fresh sambar & bhaji were made withou garlic & served. A scintillating experience.

Excellent location well maintained rooms I stayed in river view room with balcony from there you get excellent view , you can relax listening chirping sound of the birds, overall it was great experience, Breakfast spread was good, must try fish fry and the curry

Great location on river bank. The river edge room was very much spacious and neat. Food spread was good with all options
