Great vibe setting, private villa nestled amongst a garden of olive trees in the foothills of the islands mountains, very near the town shops and restaurants but just far enough from the traffic and noise of the center. Appreciated owner Marinos who lived on site being always available and helpful. Marinos keeps the property very clean and organized and pride of ownership is seen in every detail of this family run paradise resort. Great relaxing rest time for my family, great family memory. Thank you Marinos for being an amazing host!!!

Today the host of this place ruined our vacation! We book the apartment and today, when we arrived, the host told us “ you are just for three nights I don’t want you in my apartment” All of us were shocked and didn’t know how to answer. We booked three weeks in advance, a week before we called the host to prove our reservation and mr. Marions told us not to worry. We traveled from Bulgaria (450km) to come to a place where they told us “I want you to leave” The overall attitude of mr. Marions was extremely rude and not acceptable. How is it possible to cancel a reservation because it’s for 3 nights and when the people arrive?!? In any case, if you want to visit the place, keep in mind it’s 2km inside the olive gardens between different farms, nothing like the pictures.

Terrible experience - stay as far away as possible The rooms were dirty, the photos of the property were purposely misleading and the host was very aggressive and rude making us feel very unsafe. First we left a place midway through our stay…

This was a truly nightmarish experience. The owner's tactics were despicable. The property photos deceived us into a small, grim 2-bedroom flat with no outdoor space. Privacy was nonexistent, noise was excessive, and the atmosphere uncomfortable. The actual property differed drastically from the advertised pictures on Airbnb, leaving us deeply disappointed. Filth, mold, and sewage stench worsened the situation, along with exposed cables posing a safety risk. The host's rudeness and aggression from the start colored our stay negatively. When we expressed our concerns, the host and partner's hostility escalated. Veiled threats and mentions of ominous "surprises" made us feel physically unsafe, ultimately pushing us to relocate due to their use of false police reports and intimidation. This troubling pattern is echoed in other reviews. The owner's manipulation and extortion tactics are evident, using police threats to extract money. Their disregard for the law and civility is disturbing. We left after the first night and thankfully relocated by Airbnb.

The property photos were all misleading; we expected a whole property but got a small 2-bedroom flat without promised outdoor areas. The crowded complex offered no privacy as falsely presented and promised. The actual property differed greatly from photos. Cleanliness was a concern too; it was dirty, dusty, with mold, smell, and exposed cables. The host was insulting and menacing. When we raised issues about misrepresentation and cleanliness, they made vague threats, even to make false claims to the police, making us feel unsafe and realocate."

Awful experience! The property photos are misleading, showing a whole property but only a small 2-bedroom flat is provided with no private outdoor space. No privacy on the balcony due to neighbors, extremely loud, and uncomfortable atmosphere. Property is vastly different from the advertised pictures. Dirty, dusty, with mold and sewage smell. Unsafe with exposed cables. Host was rude and aggressive. Felt unsafe due to threats from host (including making fake claims to the police) and had to relocate. Avoid booking!

We booked our stay and we were absolutely delighted to find out what a lovely place this is overall! We had a bit of a hard time finding the place but once we arrived, it was truly wonderful to see how well it is all kept, how clean and charming the whole area is. The host is so wonderfully friendly and is constantly attending to the grounds and to his guests. The studios are comfortable and modern in their design, the place is truly like a garden with lots of things to do and different charming spots are enjoy. Our kids loved being here—the pool is really nice and there are so many play areas for kids to keep busy. We had a lovely breakfast every morning and enjoyed the pool with all of surrounding. It’s tucked away in beautiful nature and close by to the town. Highly recommended and you enjoy nature, peace and privacy for your summer vacation near majestic mountains and beautiful beaches within easy reach.

A wonderful accommodation with a big and well maintained garden. It is a peaceful place, with lots of greenery and there’s a pool as well. We stayed in the Loft and it was just perfect. We’ve enjoyed every minute spent here. Marinos is a great host and you can see how much love and care goes into maintaining the place. Definitely will stay here every time we visit Thassos :)
