The room, bathroom and bedding were clean. The new flooring and paint, sink and backsplash were nice, but there were other areas that needed updating. The tub drain barely worked ended up standing in water and sink drain didn't have a stopper.

Property was undergoing renovations which had not been listed on Travelocity web site.
Desk staff upgraded us to a nicer room secondary to the construction

First and foremost, the guy at the front desk was very friendly, check in was quick and easy. The room was seemingly clean and tidy. My intention with my stay was to wind down after a very busy day and work on my laptop. Half of the outlets in the room didn’t work. Only one worked in reach of the bed so I had to use the outlet in the bathroom to plug in my phone. The tv has very few channels so don’t plan on being able to watch much else than the news, shopping and religious channels. In the morning I could hear the people above me in bed.

The Historic Dallas Inn held significance to my partner who stayed there during baseball trips in late 70s/80s. While only one night on our way to Wallawa, it was comfortable and clean and the night staff was excellent. Let him know the 43-year absence continues in reunion and all are very happy! Thanks for the great service. Yea!

The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was small but had a lot of choices. The coffee in the room wasn't great but the coffee in the reception area made up for it!

Our room had a faucet that dripped always. The towels were thin. It was a grab n go breakfast which is fine for 1 night but we were there 3 nights. Last shower was cold perhaps due to faucet. The bed made a clunking sound whenever you sat on it or rolled. We were in the annex not in main hotel. The staff were nice. Perhaps some of our problems were because the main building had been renovated but our annex was waiting for winter to redo bathrooms.

I rated the hotel conditions a 3 but, be aware that they are starting renovations (2024). The staff were great, the room was clean, the shower pressure was good.
I'd stay here again.
