Four days in Alice
Room was great. Comfy, good facilities, quiet.

It is not a pleasant walk into the town center, it's sweaty hot and too far away, so unless you're in a rental car you're screwed. WORSE THING, there is no breakfast there, no food at all, and your far out of town, I ended up walking over the dried river bed to Double Tree for breakfast each morning and asking myself why I just didn't stay there. It's now Christmas time and everywhere are decorations but not at Quest, not even music in the lobby, I asked why and was told the owner won't allow it. Srudge. Unless they got a golf cart with someone to chauffer you around to town and such, you'd probably enjoy yourself somewhere else. This is no reflection on the wo derful front desk staff. I just got a sense that ownership wants to offer the bare minimum.

Pleasure stay for a week
Good location if you want a quiet place which is far away from city center. and it has a secure and convenience parking.

Need a car
This hotel is not suitable for tourists unless you have a car. We did not. Although walking distance to town centre is 20 minutes, this is not suitable at night. Alice Springs Taxi service is not good and Uber is not at Alice Springs and so dining out at night was tricky.

We had a lovely quiet room. The girl on the front desk was very helpful. However the room was very average. Awful old bed. Shower was filthy. Bathroom door very squeaky.

The apartments were clean and more expansive than I’d even expected - living room, kitchen, washer/dryer. The staff was very helpful. The property it gated at night. We did a tour from here and it was easy to get picked up right outside. The riverbed across the street seems potentially walkable though we didn’t try it.
