Very bad customer service, unable to get my zomato and swiggy orders delivered, being stopped by guards, agreed upon sending food by the hands of room service boy now denying even that. They expect us to go and get the delivery from ground floor. If we could get the delivery from ground floor wouldn't we also go to the shop?? What's the point of paying so much in this hotel when it's troubling customers on the name of hotel policy and rules and regulations .. Hotel policy should be such that is flexible and convenient . Reception people are misbehaving and management is improper. Problem faced at july 23rd 2024 at night 9:15 . I was here for a long stay but after this incident I will not suggest this hotel to anyone..

To the customer who is willing to stay need to look on it :while staying on club7 hotel on 23July 2024 at 7pm i have order chicken biryani in club7 hotel restaurant. But they were unavailable to provide me. So i order from zomato to delivered the food to reception. And requested reception team to deliver it by room boy. But reception team is saying that I need to go and collect from them. And suddenly I was shocked paying a huge amount in this hotel and thinking that each hotel consider that "customer is God". And as a premier member not treated properly as I would not wish to stay in this hotel future also I suggest people to cross check before selecting this hotel.

We had booking for 32 rooms to accommodate around 60 guests from overseas and other states (combined) to attend our daughter's marriage which was held at Vijaya convention center, Thiruvalla on 29nth November 2023. Happy that they followed our every instruction and made our guest feel staying at home. All transport coordination with our arranged transporters was well coordinated with no room of any errors. Location at the City center was an added advantage. We strongly recommend Club7 Hotel for any requirements irrespective of the number of guests. Special thanks for Chitra, Ammu and Dileep and we will cherish the memories working with you all. All the very best to Club7 team!

Excellent service and Memorable stay , Room is well maintained, tasty emmy foods and Excellent service, staffs are so friendly and very quick service, restaurant very peaceful, it was our second visit, both the visit club 7 team exceeded our expectations, highly recommended, thank you, will visit again!!!

Located on the upper floors of a commercial complex in the middle of shopping area of Thiruvalla. Comfortable rooms and functional bathrooms. Clean and quiet stay. Friendly staff. Best value for money. Ample F&B choices available nearby.

One of the good place in the heart of the town. Rooms are nice and with all the required amenities. Only issue is parking. They are having parking space but its fully crowded because of the bar there. Good place to stay in the town.

We were staying in room no.508, advance booking done for room no.507. Reception they failed to inform other shift person. Chithra, sitting at reception is extremely arrogant to the customers. A regular customer over years and the service was pathetic. Coming to food, we ordered snacks which was reminded after an hour again and only then was served. Dinner, we ordered dry items and all gravy items were served that too half was missing items was missing. Liquor- none of the good brands were available and also the quantity was too less for Large. Prices have exorbitant. *Quality and quantity of food is extremely poor. Not even kerala parota was prepared well. Bought ready-made and just heated but by the time served, it was like rubber sheets- hard to tear and bite also. Not even stray animals will prefer to eat for they might bite us*. For billing and check-out even after informing to the reception, the boy sitting there failed to inform other overheads for closing bills. We had to wait 20mins and more for the bills to close and come. Dear readers, please opt for any other better hotels at Thiruvalla and if the rooms are full try some other place closer to Thiruvalla which will offer better service. Don't waste your money, travel time and spoil your holiday and stomach also.
