This is a nice hotel to visit and they had very polite room service and comfortable beds.The room was decent size and bed linen was spotless. The bathroom was clean. Mostly there was everything you needed. There was a swimming pool in top floor below that a gym. Overall I had a great experience with dimora furthermore Check-in and checkout everything is streamlined. The front staff was welcoming and the check-in was quick when we came at early morning and we are greatfull for his effort. Will recommend this hotel to others because of the polite staff... The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

We are regulars at this hotel and always we are welcomed with such warmth that we feel like home coming. The reception team and F&B team ensure to welcome us with smiling face creating the best first impression and feel good factor. Hospitality at the peak. The manager Ankush leads the team beautifully and deserves Kudos for this. This time we want to convey our special thanks to the chef Mr. Amar Nath Singh. We had checked in late and checked out by 9am next day. Since we were coming after an Ayurveda treatment and connecting back home, had many food restrictions. The chef Amar singh was kind enough to wait for us to understand our requirements so that suitable breakfast could be arranged next day. He organised for the best food with no oil, no spices, keeping the restrictions 100% and serving us with absolutely palatable and flavorful breakfast. String hoppers with stew, raddish paratta with lentils. Have no words to convey our gratitude and appreciation for the gesture and out of the way service. An asset to the hotel are such wonderful Members.

Even though we stayed here just for one night in March 2023, yet we are carrying wonderful memories of stay and the culinary experience @ this little gem of Hilton chain. I asked for a veg burger for in-room dining to Lijo. Even on phone this guy was very polite, alert and energetic. The burger was really out of this world. Please try this Curried veg burger if you are here. Chef Rajneesh created this burger and he deserves my compliments. For dinner we were well served by a very polite and young *** Jayakarthick. The restaurant manager Vignesh was taking rounds of tables and it was very nice of him to ask about our food experience. We had ordered Meen Mulkittathu ( fish curry ) with Appam. It was high spicy to our taste and we rate it as one of the best. It was made by chef Sanal who deserves our compliments. We ordered Elaneer Payasam as dessert which was also top class. I would also like to thank Chef Arun to carefully note our precise instructions on the food. Mr Sarvanan was also very attentive and took good care of us. We were looked after so well by these gentlemen that it made our evening unforgettable. Thank you Hilton for suo-moto giving 10 per cent discount as Hilton Honors member.

You can feel the essence of Kerala. Great hospitality. Clean rooms. Well equipped gym. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nearby beaches and temples. You can have yummy South Indian cousins with other North Indian cousins options and a lot of sweets to relish.

Had a comfortable stay. Front desk, house keeping, F&B staff, you guys are amazing. Special thanks to restaurant staff. It was amazing to see you guys working so hard for so ***y hours yet still ***age to smile and handle everyone with a grace. Near to the famous Shree Pad***abhan Swami Temple, barely 10-15mins of drive Will surely recommend to my friends and family members as well.

We booked this hotel for three nights and its one of the best hotel I stayed recently . Rooms are luxurious with all quality toiletries . The staffs are all humble, polite and always welcome us with a genuine smile. We had only break fast but the food was delicious with varieties . But they can improve the quality of desserts and bread items in break fast buffet. Its just a feed back rest everything was awesome. Special thanks to FO team , ***ger Shinoj , EX Chef , waitress at restaurant who assisted us during BF( Don't know her name ) and all members at CR TVM. Keep up the good work and we shall visit this property again.

South Park is conveniently located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Secretariat and not far from the Sree Pad***abhaswamy Temple. We were allowed to check in more than 2 hours before the standard time, which was appreciative. Very good sized rooms, comfortable beds ***** with a clean bathroom. We were allotted a room on the 4th floor. Some of the furniture may appear old-styled though that is not a concern. The AC functioning was a bit of an issue which made the room very cold though the weather outside was quite the opposite. Considering the kind of place, the food especially the breakfast, though not bad, could have been better. May not be a bad idea to stay here and try other better food options in the city, which are not too far. The hotel staff was co-operative and prompt in attending to regular requirements. A good stay option to consider when travelling to Thiruvananthapuram.

The hotel is old and some facilities are aging, but the pattern is definitely one of the best hotels in the past. The layout of the garden-style hotel is definitely high in the city center. It is more than one grade higher than the only Hilton Hotel in Kerala. The room is spacious, there is a foyer in the English layout, and the big bed room is made. The feeling of the suite. Check-out can be extended until 8 o'clock in the evening, which may be related to the off-season. The service is absolutely convincing, and the dining is also delicious, comparing the authentic Indian cuisine.
