This is a nice hotel to visit and they had very polite room service and comfortable beds.The room was decent size and bed linen was spotless. The bathroom was clean. Mostly there was everything you needed. There was a swimming pool in top floor below that a gym. Overall I had a great experience with dimora furthermore Check-in and checkout everything is streamlined. The front staff was welcoming and the check-in was quick when we came at early morning and we are greatfull for his effort. Will recommend this hotel to others because of the polite staff... Thank you dimora ✨

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

Let's start with good things first. The hotel is at a beautiful location, although a little farther, but away from the crowd and noise, at a peaceful place, a visually appealing huge property. The hospitality and demeanor, the behavior of staff is really great, they are very professional, humble and polite. The resort has multiple stay options, including cottages, cottage with a private pool and hotel like rooms too. The cottages look great, but since we wanted to book separate 2 rooms, online portals only provided options to book the Beach Cove side. We stayed for 3 days with a Senior Citizen and a 2 year old kid. Best part of the Stay - Food, Comfortable Rooms, Hospitality. Commute: Avoid the beach Cove side of properties, it is 3 floors below the ground level and very far from the main gate. You may have the partial beach view (can see it from 1KM), but the inconvenience and commute is not worth it. Only way to reach here is to walk and take an old lift. Which even though is good and always has a staff, inconvenient as the rest of the way is very hard to walk for a kid and senior citizen. They provide a van at times until the lift but you can be waiting a long time to get it or some times they can just say they don't have a van. Beach Access: The beach is quite far from the back gate and not as walkable as the reviews and descriptions make it seem. The back gate itself is far. Once you get out of the back gate need to walk far to get to the beach. No commute available and resort doesn't ***age anything to reach there. They expect people to walk. No empathy for senior citizen and kids. The gate access itself is limited till 6PM only, so if you are planning to watch the sunset at the beach, plan to come back walking 3-4KM to the main entrance from outside the property. It is difficult to find an Auto or other private vehicles too. Amenities: Kids play area, 2 pools, Trampoline, Good Restaurant, TravelDesk, Ayurveda therapy, consultation Food: Expensive! Low value for Money!! The Buffet is very costly and very repetitive and bare basic. For once or twice it is okay although you can't have this every day and night. No consistency, what you ordered and liked today, may be bad the next day. No empathy for special instructions like non spicy food etc. Desserts were good. Room service is terrible. The menu has very limited items, barely any options. They don't even provide plates, spoons and bowls and spoons enough to feed all the people. The Chapatis go hard as a Metal sheet in few minutes. Every order needs 2-3 follow ups to get it right. I posted this review although and the service difference on the last day was Humongous! Wish they could ***age crowd and pressure better. We had asked for some Food To Go on the last day, while they pleasantly arranged for the Lunch parcel, the packaging was terrible and the Khichdi spilled over the whole bag. Its location is strategically near the airport, but it is not as easy to figure out without the help of a Google Map. It is approximately 20-30 minutes' walk, with the last 7 minute stretch walking through small alleys. Nearest food is around 1km away.

GGuest UserSouth Park is conveniently located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Secretariat and not far from the Sree Pad***abhaswamy Temple. We were allowed to check in more than 2 hours before the standard time, which was appreciative. Very good sized rooms, comfortable beds ***** with a clean bathroom. We were allotted a room on the 4th floor. Some of the furniture may appear old-styled though that is not a concern. The AC functioning was a bit of an issue which made the room very cold though the weather outside was quite the opposite. Considering the kind of place, the food especially the breakfast, though not bad, could have been better. May not be a bad idea to stay here and try other better food options in the city, which are not too far. The hotel staff was co-operative and prompt in attending to regular requirements. A good stay option to consider when travelling to Thiruvananthapuram.

IIsaacKeralaThis resort is situated approx. 500 mtr inside from the national highway road, out of which approx. 200 mtr road is too narrow. Google map tricked us two times how to take the exit from the main road. Reception, ayurvedic center, swimming pool etc. are in the main land while the rooms are in a small island type area, which is separated by a small river (hardly 50 meter breadth) before joining the sea. There is 24 x 7 traditional type boat arranged by the hotel itself. Parking space in front of the reception is limited, hardly enough for 5 or 6 cars. Reception staff were friendly, the boat driver too. When you reach the room for the first time, you may have a feeling that the rooms are bit old and the surroundings are not as what you expected. But after some time, you will get acquainted with it and start to enjoy it. The (part) sea view from the rooms are good, in the morning you can see the views of local fishermen busy with their work. The ”estuary” area is not so clean unfortunately. There is a way to the beach through the back side of the restaurant. Myself & wife used the ayurvedic center for full body massage, which was excellent and the therapists were professionally trained. Restaurant have only limited options, but the food was ok. We have ordered tea & pakora for the evening and chapati & grilled chicken for the dinner, both were good and not so spicy or oily. Breakfast was enough with fruits, Idly, Dosa, stuffed poratha, omelet etc. and restaurant in charge (sorry, I forgot his name, Mr. Thampi or something similar) was very friendly. Overall, I liked the resort and the atmosphere and suggest it to my fellow travelers, if you like a peaceful and silent place. Try to get the upper floor rooms of the resort for a good view.

The hotel is located in the centraI Trivandrum which is the older part of the city on the main road. The Trivendrum Central Railway Station is right accross the road and Thampanoor Bus stand is adjacent to the hotel. Yet the road is remarkably congestion-free and quite. You won't hear street noise in your room. This part of the city is very well connected to all other parts of the city. The drive to hotel from airport took around 45 minutes. Please remember that Uber & Ola are available in three or four large cities of the state. The checkin was fast and we had to wait for around 15 minutes before we were ushered into our room. We stayed from 30th May to 1st June in superior room at fourth floor . It contains a sitting room and a bed room. The rooms are spacious and have all amenities. The laundry service is fast and reasonably priced. Though there is definitely a huge language barrier, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and house keeping is good. A small private parking is available. The food quality and the buffet breakfast spread are average. A quicker response to service requests is desired. The location is top notch. Most of the tourist place like Napier Museum, Zoo, Aquarium, Art Gallery, Kanakakunnu Palace, Science and Technology Museum, Planetarium etc. are within 5 km. The temple of Padmanabhanswami is around 1 km away. If you want to eat out try Aryaas Park (veg) 50 m and Azad Hotel 500 m away. One can go to Pothy Textile 500 m away for shopping clothes.

GGuest UserThis was my first visit to tvm and ginger hotels tvm has stayed above expectations in all aspects. The staff here are amazing. I enquired about the place before hand and after i arrived here at the hotel. I found this to be exactly what they have promised me. Me. Ms. Shalimol and mr vipin had been really understanding and i am overwhelmed by their hospitality. Next time i visit tvm for my work. Without a doubt i will choose this property over others available.

GGuest UserMy experience at Biheira Hotel and Suites in Trivandrum was far from satisfactory. The check-out process was incredibly lethargic, and the food ***ager's service was subpar, going as far as forcing another customer to pay for his mistakes. Astonishingly, while they didn't charge one client during checkout, my bill was unfairly altered. The unpleasantness escalated as the restaurant ***ager exhibited rude behavior, scolding and threatening me for not knowing Malayali. To make matters worse, he intentionally changed the room number in the bill, and shockingly, the hotel ***ager witnessed and accepted it. The climax involved the hotel ***ager pressuring the receptionist girl to deduct an amount from her account, ultimately leaving me in a situation where I had no choice but to pay. Overall, an utterly disappointing stay marked by poor service, unfair practices, and unpleasant encounters.

Let's start with this place point by point date of visit (7 may to 8 may) 1- reached the hotel little early around 8.30 am. The assistant manager (Mahesh) said he will try to give the room by 11 after confirming with the manager (who refused to share his name but has worked for 11 years in Hospitality in Colaba, Mumbai) The manager refused and asked for additional amount. Which I understand must be the policy. But the arrogance of the manager is hard to miss 2- the room was filled with mosquitos. There was no Soap. The Linen was untidy 3- the Highlight (Check out) we checked out at 11.30 the official time and requested to keep the luggage at the side for sometime till we get some clothes and snacks. The Manager replied not more than 1 hour as it will create disturbance to us. How can 2 bags create disturbance if it's kept in a corner of the waiting area. Part 2 - we reached back by 1.10 pm which he didn't appreciate. We asked the manager about the other places that we can visit, he was completely clueless and had zero interest in replying. While we were sitting quietly in the waiting area he asked us to get out in an extremely rude manner. You can't ask your guests to get out of the property, they are not causing any inconvenience to other patrons. Please please please avoid this place just for the Manager. He is not worthy of being in the Hospitality industry. I really hope the owner of the property takes note of this incident and takes some action against the manager because despite being at good location the people who are running it are leaving a bad taste. I'm writing this review from a restaurant nearby the property as we were asked to GET OUT. P.S. the assistant Mahesh did apologize on behalf of the manager but the damage was done by then
