Though rooms are not big as expected still good for stay.. Staff is very polite and helping .. good white bed sheets and pillow covers given.. plus point is walking distance from railway station and bus stand

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Hotel location is very close to Trivandrum central railway station & market place. Restaurant has been closed since covid days, told reception personnel. Breakfast was O.K., which was provided in hotel highland which is located opposite to highland park. Many restaurants are available nearby. Room & bathroom was neat & clean & well ventilated. Room service was prompt & quick. Overall a very good hotel to stay at trivandrum.

The KTDC Grand Chaitram, Thiruvananthapuram is a government hotel which provides quality services at affordable tariffs. The hotel is located in the centraI Trivandrum which is the older part of the city on the main road. The Trivendrum Central Railway Station is right accross the road and Thampanoor Bus stand is adjacent to the hotel. Yet the road is remarkably congestion-free and quite. You won't hear street noise in your room. This part of the city is very well connected to all other parts of the city. The drive to hotel from airport took around 45 minutes. Please remember that Uber & Ola are available in three or four large cities of the state. The checkin was fast and we had to wait for around 15 minutes before we were ushered into our room. We stayed from 30th May to 1st June in superior room at fourth floor . It contains a sitting room and a bed room. The rooms are spacious and have all amenities. The laundry service is fast and reasonably priced. Though there is definitely a huge language barrier, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and house keeping is good. A small private parking is available. The food quality and the buffet breakfast spread are average. A quicker response to service requests is desired. The location is top notch. Most of the tourist place like Napier Museum, Zoo, Aquarium, Art Gallery, Kanakakunnu Palace, Science and Technology Museum, Planetarium etc. are within 5 km. The temple of Padmanabhanswami is around 1 km away. If you want to eat out try Aryaas Park (veg) 50 m and Azad Hotel 500 m away. One can go to Pothy Textile 500 m away for shopping clothes.

Very nice place to stay in trivandrum. Near the temple, AC facilities were very good. Very good experience given the cheap price. There are good restaurant near which make up for the unavailability of food in the hotel. Overall very nice experience.

the rooms are well furnished neat, the hospitality was good, excellant and courteous staff. food was good and tasty.i had reached the venue a bit late at night after a long journey from calicut , around 10pm. But inspite of that they provided a good dinner. 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗗𝗜𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗔, 𝗧𝗩𝗠🙏🏻

Good atmosphere and hygienic - good food and neat and clean in rooms and bathrooms -willing to take family and friends would like to enjoy swimming and gym Near to Temples and Towns, beaches, railway station and airport conveniences- evening walk around the town

The room was spacious for a solo traveller. The washroom is well maintained. I cannot comment on the food there as i opted out. Located opposite to tvm railway station and near to thampanoor bus stand. Food spots such as indian coffee house, arya bhavan, arya park, annapoorna are within walking distance.
