Location- excellent as it is near the bus station, railway station, private bus stop, good restaurants, taxi stand, etc. Food - awesome. Breakfast was not a vast spread, but sufficient and tasty. Amenities- sufficient for a 3 star. Services - well behaved staff. Smooth check in and out. Room- ample tv channels, ott, comfortable bed, clean toilet, kettle n toiletries. Cons - our room 405 was near the kitchen exhaust and the loud humming stayed till 11 pm. Wir ? yes, but will ask for a lower floor !

Its a nice quiet secure place perfectly placed at a walking distance to kms hospital if you are going there for visa medicals. Friendly, cooperative staff, kept my luggage safe leaven after my check out, while i was at hospital. Another highlight is - lulu mall is close by.

This was my first visit to tvm and ginger hotels tvm has stayed above expectations in all aspects. The staff here are amazing. I enquired about the place before hand and after i arrived here at the hotel. I found this to be exactly what they have promised me. Me. Ms. Shalimol and mr vipin had been really understanding and i am overwhelmed by their hospitality. Next time i visit tvm for my work. Without a doubt i will choose this property over others available.

The room was spacious for a solo traveller. The washroom is well maintained. I cannot comment on the food there as i opted out. Located opposite to tvm railway station and near to thampanoor bus stand. Food spots such as indian coffee house, arya bhavan, arya park, annapoorna are within walking distance. Located at the heart of the city negative : no blanket was provided
