Rooms are neat and clean, very close to bus station and railway station, worth for money, front desk and support while asking for location or talking to drivers to give a way was amazing!

Overall cleanliness is good. The need to improve on the service provided. The toilet health faucet provided was broken. Even the lift wasn't working.

Not towel, soap even blanket is not provided. Don't expect hot water. But it is clean. They are very strict to make sure you vacated on time

It was a decent stay with no issues. We liked it. Everything was good. It is closer to thiruvananthapuram central railway station.

For a tourist person they should arrange the travel sevices they should understand the tourists and situvations and be with them for their for a hand at for their services

Positives: nearest to bus stand, ac performance good, room and toilet cleanliness good, negatives : management money minded, not even given a water bottle, no complimentary support.
