Location : property is situated at city centre so easy connectivity with airport and railway station. Property condition: nice new property, neat and clean rooms. Food : the quality of food is very good. Staff: very well behaved and having courteous service

Everything was great here. The breakfast spread was great. We had a wonderful stay, rooms are neat and clean, amenities were provided as mentioned, location was perfect.

If you are visiting Trivandrum and looking for decent accommodation, select Cordial Sopanam. You will not regret it. I am writing this with full confidence as I experienced their hospitality for two days from 16 May 2024. Superb location. Just opposite to Trivandrum Central Railway Station. Only 250 meters from the station. Only 100 meters from the Bus Station. There is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel. All major temples are there within 3 km. An excellent restaurant with cordial staff is available in-house—fresh and tasty food. Healthy breakfast served hot. The front office is very professional. They will take care of you as if you are their family guests. You will feel the warmth of their hospitality right from the gate security staff. The rooms are sparkling clean. The bathroom is spacious and superb. Lavish and well-designed rooms will make you feel at home. I am a satisfied customer, and I endorse the quality of this new property out of my heart. I will not look elsewhere for accommodation in my future visits to Trivandrum. All the best to the Cordial Sopanam Team and their Management.

Very well maintained room. In-room dining menu was not available in the room. Restaurant needs more varieties.

Good accessibility, Railway Station & Bus Stand is nearby, moreover hotel was amazing in all manners such as cleanliness, facilities, and services. Unfortunately I couldn’t taste the food as I had to depart early in the morning.
