Worst hotel experience,staff were inefficient.we have cancelled our coming party.food serving quantity very less.there timing is very worst all items not served in time.juices came on 9 pm we ordered on 6:00 waited for one hour for food refill no seat every thing was inappropriate

Nice experience and good people, good service. Good location, easy access to all the important places, temples, railway station, bus stand etc There is no restriction in taking food from outside and here they have buffet breakfast. Together all had a good experience

Positive side - Clean rooms, apartment type with small kitchen area, two bathrooms, small hall area and small bedroom. Staff was courteous. Now the problem is the entire apartment is small in size, so no decent space in room or hall or kitchen. The bed in the bedroom was so small, like 5.5*6 hardly and it can hardly accommodate two persons, and all of their rooms had the same size, this was very very uncomfortable and when I asked reception that how will we adjust in such a tiny bed, he simply said, sleep outside on sofa cum bed, I mean really, rather you put a bed enough to accommodate two persons comfortably. I personally feel, if you are with family doesn't need all these hassle, book a nice hotel.

There was a conference in Trivandrum and I was not able to get a hotel room. I checked on TripAdvisor and found this hotel. I called up and they confirmed a room availability. I was very happy with the check in process. I liked the two room structure. The AC worked well. Wife and I could get food from the restaurant. The restaurant is not a big affair but breakfast has variety and food is tasty. There are many restaurants nearby and the food delivery apps can be used. The one negative point was the wait and waste of good water to get to the hot water. They use solar heater. They have plates and cutlery in the kitchenette. A microwave oven would help. On the whole a very comfortable stay!!
