Room was spacious and clean; bed was firm with soft pillows. South Indian Breakfast at Kanni restaurant was excellent, and staff were very courteous. For the attention of the housekeeping staff: the towels provided in the bathroom were not good; they looked dirty and a little stinky. The replacement towels provided upon request were also very much the same. We didn’t use the towels; had to use our own hand towels for wiping out. This needs to be seriously attended to by the hotel management.

I had an exceptional experience at Sathiya Park & Resorts! The customer service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely excellent. The place was impeccably clean and neat, and the morning breakfast was delightful. The staff's behavior was commendable, especially under the leadership of Mr. Sudalai Muthu, the Operations Manager. I highly recommend this resort; it truly offers an international standard of service. If I could, I would give it a 5+++ rating on Google. Very close to the airport, the plane arrived very late, the hotel sent a car to the airport for free, the service was very good. The hardware cannot be compared with domestic Radisson, but it is very clean!

The Best Hotel in Thiruchendur The hotel is neat and clean. Wonderful ambiance close to shore. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a whole family. Even though there is no dedicated restaurant, The food is served in the room. I almost tried the entire menu and delicious food both veg and non-veg. Staffs are really excellent and supportive throughout my stay. The swimming pool of 5ft deep and kids pool is 2 ft. Additionally, there is a play area for kids. The hotel is 700m away from the temple. You can walk down in 10 min. On request, Auto or Taxi available. Spacious parking facility to park your vehicle in the hotel compound. The beach is walkable but not close enough like a Private beach. After extensive search and deliberations, I booked this resort. No regret and definitely Thai is my preferred choice in the future. Call the hotel to enquire about the price before booking it online
