I have stayed here many times and I have a different feeling every time I stay. The front desk service is warm and professional, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the rooms are well soundproofed and feel like home. The breakfast is rich and varied, free bathing and movie tickets are provided when you check in, the gym can be used for free, and there is a large parking lot charging pile in the courtyard. The Great Wall is the first choice when visiting Baodi, highly recommended.

There is not only a restaurant on the third floor but also free laundry and drying. I have never had such a good service attitude in a hotel before. I like it so much. There are many shopping malls in the vicinity and it is convinence for tourist like us. The hotel's rooms are clean and service are up to my expectation. Breakfast are good and it is included. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.

VVerusha GovenderThe accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

*****4454I went to listen to Guo Degang's family reunion on the third day of the Chinese New Year. The rooms in several nearby brand hotels were all booked, so I had to look at the apar**ent. The result was amazing! Two bedrooms, two living rooms, one kitchen and one bathroom, very convenient, and the most important thing is the good location. The People's Stadium is right outside the window. There is no need to worry about traffic jams after the show. There is also a 711 downstairs for midnight snacks
