The best is the service, all the staff are very good. The environment is too good, quiet and beautiful. The sanitation facilities are also good, each has flaws, and the hygiene is not very clean except for the bath towel. The problem with the facilities is that the road sign is not clear. Add the navigation is not allowed, it is very difficult to find the front desk, a bit like an intelligence test, the low IQ is definitely not found. This is a good place for vacation, and I solemnly recommend it to everyone.

I heard from the manager that I just opened the store for 3 days and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. The decoration is very atmospheric. Let's talk about the service, because I didn't catch up with the high-speed rail at night with my friends, and the hotel was temporarily set. In fact, I was exhausted, and the front desk lady was very caring and thoughtful. I added my WeChat to contact her at any time, gave us a twin room to the store, and was responsible for watching the takeaway for us, and sent us upstairs with a robot. Check out the next morning, and I remembered what I lost at noon. Miss WeChat, Miss Sister can express me to my next stop. AANGELAPros: Location is excellent, right next to the Tianjin Station and nearby tourist attractions. Hotel rooms begin from 47 and above. Breakfast, gym and laundry locate on the top floor, 51st floor. Free parking at basement 3. Rooms come with a great river view overlooking the city. Rooms look relatively clean and contemporary, bedsheets and towels are all clean and changed daily. Cons: The hotel allows guests to smoke in the hallway and in bedrooms. Cigarette smoke kept coming in through the door and possibly the ventilation when someone was smoking regularly in the hallway. Especially the lift waiting area was horribly strong, clothes and hair were all covered in cigarette smoke. Small hotel, guest rooms are between 47/50, the lifts have to go from the check in lobby at first floor all the way up til 51, therefore extremely slow lifts, especially during this time of the year, Chinese new year holidays where the hotel is packed, late check-in due to the cleaners were too busy to get all the rooms cleaned up for guests to check in and get the room cards on time, breakfast buffet ran out of dining space at peak hours, guests had to queue outside the hallway. All communal areas are small, e.g the waiting areas and the toilets at the lobby. Very tiny gym, could fit maximum 5-6 people at the same time. Recommend to book this hotel during the off peak seasons, not a hotel for big families.

GGuest UserThis time I was really surprised. I was attracted by the big screen at the door. This hotel is on the Italian style street. The location is invincible. I can see that I have been careful. The room is very clean and I changed the room experience halfway. My suggestion is to come with the buddies. It must be a bunk bed, it feels too much, The big bed is suitable for small couples, and the sound insulation is also first-class. The front desk service was great, and there were robots to deliver meals. I asked about a set of equipment for tens of thousands. I came to a set of pancakes and fruits in the morning. It was perfect. The only thing that was not enough was that the traffic was large. The parking had to be arranged by the uncle at the door, but the uncle was very enthusiastic. The room was set in advance as much as possible. Very satisfied this time 👍

This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.

VVerusha GovenderThe accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

The result was amazing! Two bedrooms, two living rooms, one kitchen and one bathroom, very convenient, and the most important thing is the good location.
