I checked into the oxygen bar room of this Vienna hotel today. Many details are really in place. After checking in, a dedicated person took me to the elevator. On the way, I introduced the breakfast hours and floors, and also introduced the surrounding environment. The environment inside the house is very good, the most important thing is the air quality is good [strong] [strong] and there are many little surprises [yeah] [yeah] With the power of beautiful words, I lay down to sleep with full positive energy and happiness😴 Full of negative oxygen ions, I really had a good sleep ~ I woke up feeling relaxed and happy, I heard that negative oxygen ions also have antioxidant effects, so I woke up in the morning My skin doesn't seem to be dry either. Normally it would be dry in an air-conditioned room, but not at all this time. It's really comfortable! Thank you for the attentive service and wonderful breakfast. I was very satisfied with the hygiene of the house facilities, which are intelligent. The service was very good. There were waiters to greet us and help with the luggage. Wahaha mineral water was available in the lobby and on each floor. When I left, I had too many small things and was about to ask for a bag, but I found that the hotel drawers were equipped with walking bags. These spare items were very considerate and attentive!

The first location is not easy to find, in a gymnasium, there is no supermarket around. The hotel environment is not bad, the elevator can only go up by swiping the card, it is too inconvenient. The customer service chose the oversized bed, the room was bright, the area was large, the overall style was simple, but there was no wardrobe, it was very inconvenient to put clothes and shoe bags. I hope the merchant can understand it, thank you 😊

The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the rooms are also very good, clean and tidy, of moderate size, and with good hot water quality. The service staff are very enthusiastic. Thanks to the front desk manager Zhang Yan for his warm reception. The location is also very convenient, close to the subway station.

I came to Tianjin to play for two days happily with my kids. I also replenished the shower gel after I checked in. On the first morning, when we were having breakfast, two adults and one child went in directly, as did other children, and some were older than my child. On the second day, they stopped us at the door and didn't let us in, with a sad face. They said that children need to pay for breakfast. Why do you say that you have to charge for 1 meter? How much can a 5-year-old kid eat? 1 meter, you just set it as 4 years old or below, and those with better development have to be 3 years old! I am really speechless, several hotels charge according to 1 meter. I bought two breakfasts on our booking website. The room fee for two days is almost 1,200, but breakfast is not included! I really feel more and more disgusted the more I think about it. This is the first time I have encountered such a thing. May I ask if your charging standards are whatever you want, and are industry standards all air? I stayed in Beijing for 6 days, and no hotel was so stingy! It's really disgusting! It's a pity that it was recommended by a friend, I have to ask him not to push it randomly!

We stayed here during the Mid-Autumn Festival and received homemade mooncakes and toys from the hotel. The mooncakes were really delicious. Thanks to Chen Yingmiao, Yang Rui and other staff. The hotel lobby and sightseeing elevator are great. The wireless network is pretty good. This price is great value. The swimming pool is not big, but there is a hot spring pool and a children's pool. It's a pity that it closes at 9:30 and we can't enjoy it.

The air conditioner is powerful. Although it is on a high floor, the water pressure is sufficient and the shower water is large and hot. However, there is no anti-slip mat or floor towel in the bathroom, so it will be a bit slippery after taking a shower. The room size is OK, the bedding is comfortable and soft. I have to complain about the curtains, which are relatively thin and cannot block light. There is light leakage on both sides. I thought I slept until noon, but it was only six in the morning. . .

A very satisfying hotel stay. The newly opened hotel has no smell at all. Everyone in the hotel has a sense of service. There are people to guide you from the lobby to the elevator. The front desk is located on the 6th floor of the hotel. The lady was super sweet and even gave me a fruit plate👍. The breakfast restaurant is located on the second floor of the hotel. The variety is very rich and the taste is great👍. I look forward to my next visit to Tianjin.

The Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.
