房間裝修挺新，設施設備也比較新，衞生間乾濕分離，晚上睡覺很安靜，周邊吃飯的地方比較多，門口公交車直達鐵嶺西站，總體來説很不錯，價廉物美性價比很高。

房子環境還都比較滿意，就是服務太差，沒有服務意識，白天前台的問點事情衹是説不知道，晚班黑衣女説話沒禮貌，一問三不知，還説自己又不是導遊，唉！素質太差了。
