Prestation de luxe et hôtel confortable. Petite déception pour la chambre qui donnait directement vu sur la piste de ski et absence d'eau vraiment chaude dans la douche. Nous avons aprécié le service du local ski. Chaussures chaudes et équipement derniers cris. Sans parler de la gentillesse et du dévouement.

Absolutely outstanding . 10/10 for service, food, accommodation, location, transport , concierge service . Our family of 5 had the most wonderful holiday . Nothing was too much trouble and staff were available 24/7 . Jo ( the concierge) was the most helpful, caring, reliable, warm person. It felt like we were in our home away from home. Thank you to ALL the staff!( front desk , ski room , kitchen , house keeping , transport etc etc ) We will be retuning in January 2025 again.

Très bel hôtel , avec un personnel souriant et accueillant. Les chambres sont de bonnes dimensions , baignoire au top manque juste une offre télé plus complète mais il y a chromecast . Bar et salle repas agréables Petit déjeuner avec des bons produits. Manque juste à maintenir les crêpes au chaud. :) Salle de jeux très sympa si vous venez en famille . Salle de sport avec le nécessaire pour s entretenir. Seul bémol et pas des moindres pour nous car nous venions en famille c est la température de la piscine. Trop fraîche pour rentrer sans problème quel dommage! Je comprends cela dans un hôtel de catégorie inférieur pour une question de coût de chauffage mais là….. Le jacuzzi par contre était chaud mais pas très beau. Nous reviendrons skier l’année prochaine à Tignes ,c est sûr, mais peut être pas dans cet hôtel .

Currently staying at Le Diamond Rock and what a beautiful hotel this is with impeccable service. The hotel is situated right on the slopes so you can take advantage of doorstep skiing. Rooms are immaculate as you would expect for a 5* hotel, clean, toiletries, tea, coffee etc. Robes and slippers provided. I was staying in room 403 which has lovely view of the mountains. Also available is a gym (fairly limited but you can get by) although after a full day's skiing you have to be super motivated. There is also a pool and outside jacuzzi. The best thing about this place is the staff. All very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Jade who was super helpful and friendly on check in and even sorted my lift pass out for me. Sometimes expectations are too high when staying in a 5 * hotel and mine were very high but this place has exceeded my expectations and I can highly recommend :-)

Nice hotel and best service staff at bar and restaurant very nice and the man who help us at ski room was very nice they help us to prepare ski and wear boots every morning very impressive for the service and the price is suitable (not expensive) for 5 star hotel if compare with 5 star hotel in Valdeisere i’ll go back here for sure next year 🩵
