The cleanliness of the room is really good! It is recommended that the chairs and environment be cleaned! Arriving in the hotel and checking in was simple, friendly and fuss free. They were kind to my requests and assigned me a high floor sea view room, thank you. JASMEEN at the front office is very helpful, friendly and kind. My room is beautiful and the size is just nice, i only wish the bathroom has a view instead of sealed up in frosted glass. The spa and swimming pool is on the 11 floor, the pool is very refreshing to swim in the afternoon, but it would have been nicer to face the sea than the city. Breakfast is very delicious, the host Mr.BALU is always there, smiling and guiding you to your table. BOHARAJ also serves everyone with a smile. I enjoy my stay here very much for 5 days and 4 nights. I will stay here again when i come back to Penang. The location is very good as it is just a short walk away to all the great street food !
