Moved to a different apartment on the day of check in, which was fine but not what we had booked. Communication was very good although new apartment stank of cigarettes

The apartment was in a really convenient location and was good for the price we paid but the drainage in the bathroom wasn’t good the whole bathroom flooded everytime you had a shower and the pillows were flat as a pancake.

IN SUMMARY ALL WELL.....THE ROOM WAS MISSING A BATHROOM CARPET....THE SHOWER DRAIN WAS CLOGGED (THE FIRST EVENING THERE WAS ABOUT 3 CM OF WATER) I MADE THIS TO THE CLEANING LADY BUT IN VAIN.... THE SECOND EVENING I HAD TO OPEN IT
