Everything was nice from check in till checkout. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were specious. Breakfast was good. The park view from the room window was really nice

Old hotel. It takes a long time to go through today's formalities at night. The room is large in proportion, and there are many restaurants nearby. This is also a good choice. It feels very good.

It is considered a relatively large hotel in the local area. There is a big school next door. I forgot the name. It seems to be quite close to the city center by car. There is a cafeteria on the first floor. The young lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic.

This hotel was the Sheraton in Tirana. It remains a luxury hotel with 5 stars. Please note, the photos of a beautiful building are no longer relevant. In fact, the buyer has launched major expansion works. A metal structure covers the hotel. And, it's unsightly. The MAK is now guarded 24 hours a day. Private parking is available, particularly in front of reception. A large swimming pool with its park and deckchairs is a must in Tirana. It is accessed from the indoor swimming pool and its large fitness room. Sauna on site. At reception, a cash withdrawal machine is available. There is no currency exchange service. You can use your credit card upon arrival at the hotel. Breakfast is very conventional. Our room was very large at 40m2. The wifi works well. Reception rooms are available. A travel agency is available on site. A very good hotel at a low price given the standard. Well done again to all the staff. See you soon.

You provided wrong information about hotel: there is no room service 24 hours,restaurants are closed 10pm , hotel is not working under 5 star standard, insufficient personnel. And the price is standard as it is all under perfect conditions of 5 star hotel but is missing a lot!Even television didn’t worked we had to call technicians 2 times.pillows are old at least 20 years!

The hotel is open whilst undergoing major reconstruction. It is surrounded by scaffolding and the view from our suite was a building site. The benefits of which ensure you will be woken up before 8am on a Sunday morning. Apart from the Finnish U21 football team the hotel was virtually empty. The hotel suite was a good size but rather tired and only had one plug to use. Advertised Tea and Coffee making facilities were not in the room but had to be requested and then they claimed they had run out of tea bags and had no milk. Rather couldnt be bothered as there was loads at the breakfast bar so we just helped ourselves. Due to the low occupancy there seemed to be more staff than guests. Hopefully in a year or two when the refurbishment is completed the hotel will be better however at the moment it is a little tired and lacking style. From a positive view the hotel is in a good location however there must be better options in Tirana.

Hotel in a great location by the park and nice restaurants, however it’s a building site as it’s undergoing a huge renovation. Fortunately at the weekend, there was not a great deal of noise. It is a grand hotel, but dated. Lovely outdoor pool but from sun Ed you see scaffolding. Bathroom was tiny and 2* toiletries and towels. Breakfast was very good.
