Siamo state 4 giorni io e mia figlia in questo hotel, ci siamo trovate benissimo, ci siamo sentite a casa, Iona e Mira sono state sempre super cordiali ci hanno sempre aiutate e consigliate, le camere sono pulite e comode, ottima cosa la colazione compresa nel prezzo, vi consiglierò a tutti, un grande abbraccio da Morena e Valentina

Great hotel! I've stayed 5 days in a lovely double room with a balcony. It was comfortable and clean. Air conditioning worked good. Wonderful, friendly, helpful and always smiling staff! Speaking English, Italian and German (and perhaps some other languages, I've heard these three). I was on my own and felt safe and taken care of. They can help you with a tranfer to/from airport and give you all sort of tips how to get around and what to see in Tirana. Breakfast was simple but good: eggs, sousages, tasty, fresh coffee, seasonal fruits and every day different dessert. Location - 20 minutes walk to the center of Tirana; you can also take a local bus (slow, but cheap and reliable and coming every 10-15 minutes). I felt safe in the area. Grocery shops, markets, all kind of shops all around the place. And a tiny kitten to play with in the lobby! ＜3 Absolutely wonderful stay, I recommend EmeraldHotel to everyone!

Struttura impeccabile e servitissima ,tutto a pochi passi da negozi e beni essenziali, vicinissimo dal centro. Tutto il personale super cortese, Mira (luce del buondì) simpaticissima e disponibilissima,risolutrice di dubbi e perplessità 😍 Il personale timido ed invisibile (addetto all'ordine e pulizia)💯🔝 Mara ,proprietaria molto dolce e disponibile, è come sentirsi a casa propria o tra amici😉😍 Superconsigliato per tutto 🤟💯😍

posizione vicino al centro, in 20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la piazza centrale, molto pulito, camera non grandissima ma pratica, personale educato che parla un italiano ottimo e disponibile , colazione buona, direi che è stata una esperienza valida

Per la prima volta in 40 anni che giro il mondo ho trovato un albergo che mi ha fatto sentire in Famiglia tra vecchi amici. Bell'albergo,pulito,accogliente,centralissimo. Con la linea L11 che ferma davanti all'albergo(40 leke a persona40 cts di €)si Arriva a Piazza Skanderbey in 5'. Ma i proprietarie e il personale ti accolgono come uno di Famiglia e si fanno in 4 per aiutarti per ogni necessitá. Parlano Italiano molto bene. Colazione principesca compresa nel prezzo della Camera. Ottimo rapporto qualitá - prezzo. Sicuramente ritorneró a Tirana e alloggeró in questo albergo

Das Hotel an sich war ok ! Sauber, Zimmer mit Balkon! Das Frühstück war unter aller Sau ! Alles kalt, kaum Auswahl und dann haben sie noch Geld für den Kaffee verlangt! Das habe ich bei einem Frühstück noch nie erlebt! Nirgendwo auf der Welt! Ich hatte mich zwar beschwert! Umsonst!
