這個酒店臨時更換的，雖然價格高了些但地理位置、服務、房間、早餐等都非常好！尤其是前台三個工作人員都很耐心滿足我們一切要求👍
唯一就是酒店沒有電梯，雖然衹有四層但每天拖着疲憊的身體上上下下還是有點麻煩，好在服務人員都幫忙拿行李，很熱情❤️
總之這個酒店很推薦，下次還會去住！

Overall our stay was good. We only spent 2 nights here before going to Ksamil. The hotel picked us up from the hotel for €25. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good as well! The location of the hotel is super. The room was nice and appeared clean. The reason behind us giving 3 stars is because our room was not soundproofed, and we had one of the rooms behind the reception. So we heard everything that was said and the music that was playing. Since we were staying only 2 night we didn’t say anything. But definitely made impacted the overall impression. Also the AC wasn’t working properly, so on the first night we woke up drenched in sweat as the AC suddenly had turned off completely… other than that the stay was good. Comfy bed and pillows.

Posizione ottimale per la visita della città. Purtroppo però non è andata benissimo. Intanto è importante segnalare che l'hotel si sviluppa su 4 piani ma è privo di ascensore. Avevamo scelto una camera ma non era pronta al check in e nonostante siamo ritornati più tardi ne hanno assegnato un'altra. In camera erano presenti asciugamani solo per una persona. Al secondo giorno non hanno fatto le pulizie. Abbiamo dovuto sollecitare noi asciugamani e riordino. La vasca idromassaggio era guasta e appena accesa ha allagato il bagno facendo uscire acqua e sporco. Abbiamo segnalato il problema alla reception ma non hanno né risolto né provveduto a pulire. Si sono limitati a darci delle tovaglie vecchie con cui coprire il pavimento. Ci saremmo aspettati per lo meno un cambio di stanza invece di vederci costretti a rimanere con il pavimento del bagno inservibile. Bagno per altro privo di appoggi, anche solo di un semplice portasapone o portaspazzolino. Il servizio distaccato nel complesso. Buona la colazione ma solo alla carta.

Overall our stay at La Suite was great; the location is perfect for exploring Tirana and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning however there were some small items of maintenance which would have improved these. The breakfasts were cooked very well and over the weekend the young staff on duty were attentive and helpful - in particular those on reception. The hotel driver also deserves a mention - he was courteous, spoke good English and drove us safely from and to the airport as well as on our day trip to Durrës. I would return here on my next visit.

This is a lovely hotel, the staff make it outstanding :-) Excellent, genuine hospitality that is miles ahead of UK standards of hospitality. Will definitely return next time in Tirana.

Very nice location, clean rooms, nice bathroom, we had overall a very pleasant stay. Parking could be made more straightforward (advance booking) as the area is very very popular.

What a great charming place, smack in the middle of everything and yet very quite. They even take care of your parking needs. Breakfast was amazing, all the workers were super helpful. Definitely 5 star.
