they were not customer friendly. didn't bother to provide drinking water more than half liter per person. 😔

Room charges very high than other lodges, and there is no complimentary breakfast or even single tea. 10 rs water bottle is 30 rs, it's too much.

No basic amenities in toilet. Only one lift for the entire floor. No room service. Practically no house keeping.

Excellent hospitality, clean and neat room, followed by friendly service. Overall it was a fantastic experience, though there is a minor issue, unavailability of digital payment is a bit annoying. Other than that it's good.

Rooms ,linen and comforts are moderate, nothing exclusive.Towels were not provided during check in citing unavailability.This was definitely poor service. Intercom was not working.A compact reception area with no inhouse food/ restaurant.Temple is definitely closeby, within walking distance.Tariffs are higher compared to other new hotels nearby.

Totally disappointed with the stay as the staffs are not all co operative. None of them have a pleasing face. They behaved as we are beggers. They are not even considering the guests’ concerns and never show any humanity to the elder pax. Our first bad experience with make my trip. Please don’t collobarate with such people which will spoil your trust.

Bed sheets are not clean, toilet and room interiors are not cleaned properly, overall experience is poor quality for the cost they charged for rooms. I have not taken any pictures, just vacated 3 hours before the planned check out
