Property location is within main city and close to tirupati railway station but the hotel is very shabby, extremely dirty and very badly maintained. Its very unheigenic and pathetic. Hotel stairs are very narrow for movement of a nirmal person. Though promised they didnt give food. Though they take charges but dont give food without extra bucks. I would suggest not to choose this hotel at any cost due to its unhygeine and dirty condition.

This hotel/ residency is not for visotors with family becouse, they give rooms to people practicing illegal activities. Also, service boys always ask for money for even your room cleaning. Also he asks for any service for money only and the terrible thing is, the manager supports him. So my experiencive advice is not to stay there if you have self respect.
