When we met the company employees at the port, they refused to give us service or even look at us. They just pretended we weren’t there. We had to walk to the store because they wouldn’t give us a ride. Once at the store a different employee said we couldn’t get scooters because we were American and our SOFA wouldn’t let us ride motorcycles. Even though 50cc scooters aren’t considered motorcycles. Then they over charged us for a car and pretended to not understand when we asked for the 900¥ they still owed us. Extremely unprofessional and ******. Do not go here.
