Location is good. Restaurants are all nearby. Trains station nearby. View from hotel is great. Can see very far away.

We got a pleasant stay at The Groove. We feel welcome here. Staff are friendly and patience. We were surprised that the hotel room is much bigger than average hotel rooms in Tokyo. The view from the hotel room was stunning. Also, we booked a three persons room, there’s a comfy bed instead of a sofa bed. We didn’t book the breakfast, but then there’s a starbucks at the ground floor and a coffee shop at the opposite side.

New hotel located in the heart of Shinjuku. Staff speaks good English and very friendly. The room （Premium Twin) is bigger than the average hotel room size in Tokyo.

Conveniently located, new and clean. Staff are friendly and can communicate well in English. The room type we booked isn’t very spacious but can fit a few suitcases with no issue. I only hope it could come with a bathtub too (given its price tag)

The airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The bus goes to/from both international airport in Tokyo. But the one goes to/from NRT is less frequent. The hotel was opened in 2023. Everything is still new. Our room (exeutive twin) is large and has a wide and open view of the city. Air condition worked very well and kept the room cool for good sleep. Shower water was hot and strong which made a great shower experience. The luggage/closet is small however. It suits for one piece of luggage or one person only. Guests can choose to do self check in with machine or normal check in with staff at lobby floor. We chose self check in which took less than 5 minutes.

Hotel is new and nearby the JR station. Staff are very nice and helpful.

The hotel location is great, very convenient to take the public transport. Room is clean and the night view from the room is amazing. The downside is this hotel is quite pricey. Overall still highly recommended.

There are serious mite bite problem on the beds making me cannot sleep for the first 2 nights. After changing room, there is no mite problem on the bed. I booked their Premier room type of the hotel but i still encountered mite bit problems. Price is not reasonable. A two-person room with a extra bed already costs HKD4,XXX per night breakfast inclusive.

The location is excellent as it will be a short walk from Shinjuku station via the underpass. Plenty of options for food around. Room was a little small maybe due to the layout of the room. Toilet and bathroom are separated by a translucent sheet of glass so it is on the awkward side for friends to be using at the same time even though both are able to be used individually. The bed sheets used are on the rougher end of things and I didn’t expect a hotel at this price point to be cutting cost on bed sheets. I am also surprised to not find any fabric or clothes freshener spray provided as it has been a constant in all my stays in Japanese hotels.

No sheltered walkway to train station, windows not soundproof. Breakfast selection is pathetic . Do not bother to include breakfast when you book
