Staff is very polite and helpful. Location is great, near the train station. Cannot complaint from any of these.
However the room is crowded with 25 beds and no place to sit down near the bed nor leave any towel drying. Some sections were dark due to bad lighting distribution abound the room and I had to use my phone torch to help me see my stuff. The toilets are a small cubicle with no ventilation so the smell is very bad. I preferred to use toilets on train station that has better smell. The beds on the top are not so easy to reach and needs skills to climb up.

It was really great for the price. Cafe downstairs was really cute. Even enjoyed a night stroll around the neighbourhood.

You need to walk a very steep stairs to get to your room.
No door to black the noise of hairdryer. It could be a big problem.
Becuase lots of people come back late at night and still using hairdryer and pack their luggage.
Bed is okay, a bit hot, ventilation wasn't really good, not enough AC inside the bed.
The share / common area is very small.

The stairs and the capsule room itself is so small, the stairs up to my capsule is so steep and hard to get down and climb up to everyday, but the environment is so nice and quiet, so close to 2 train stations, super strategic, and the amenities are complete. The staffs are helpful too!

직원분들이 다 친절하셨어요. 저는 여행이지만 일도 조금씩 해야했는데, 일 층 카페를 저녁 늦게까지 영업하셔서 도움이 많이 됐습니다. 아침 식사도 너무 맛있었어요.
호텔에서 역이 가깝고 주변에 식당도 적당히 있었어요.
숙소는 가방을 바로 침대 밑에 수납할 수 있어서 바로바로 꺼낼 수 있었습니다. 샤워실 등에서 곰팡이 냄새가 좀 나긴하는데 많이 거슬릴 정도는 아니었어요.

老闆姐姐很可愛（也不知道是不是老闆，前台的姐姐，很耐心的等我並接待了我）旅社裡的人也很好，遇見了一個很好的姨姨，和我説話。房間還挺大的，有燈可以調節，設施都挺好的

시부야의 살벌한 숙박비 사이에서 그나마 괜찮은 곳이었어요. 요요기공원역과 요요기하치만구역 어느쪽이든 가깝습니다. 태블릿을 이용한 셀프체크인이라 좀 낯설었지만 한국어가 지원됩니다. 수건, 슬리퍼, 자물쇠, 칫솔 등 모든 어메니티가 유료입니다. (수건도 안 주는 건 조금 놀람) 밤 11시부터 새벽 6시30분까지는 드라이기를 사용할 수 없습니다. 덕분에 조용합니다. 다음날 아침으로 1층 까페에서 브런치를 먹었는데 맛있었어요.
