Room is okay, not too cramped and price is reasonable. Aircond differs across rooms. Mine was fixed at 25deg and my other room was at 23deg. Toilet and room floor feels dirty (carpeted).

The location is perfect for us, near sensoji temple and lots of restaurants and convinients store , higly recomended

The hotel is well located. The staff is responsive. There is a cafe on the first floor. From the disadvantages I would like to note an unpleasant smell in the toilet, perhaps because the room was on the second floor, sometimes the toilet smelled of sewage. Otherwise, everything was pleasant.

Place is extremely small even for two people, literally don’t bring more than 2 luggage’s (not carry-ons), very tight space.
They do provide irons, hair dryers, coffee/tea, toothbrushes, maps, etc
Breakfast can be added to package as restaurant is in the first floor.

Great location, room was good for the price. Sink in the bathroom was a bit small so the water would splash. Hair dryer wasn’t very clean.

What a great experience here. It is convenient and nice customer service but the room is quite small. Good for a short trip.

Second time to stay in this hotel. Good services. Room is neat and tidy. It provided daily cleaning services. Lobby is nice. Air circulation is not very good, If the air conditioning can improves it ll be perfect

This time I stayed at 7th floor. Even tho i stayed here 9 days earlier and the same room choice. The bathroom on the 7th floor was considerably smaller and has no bath tub. The toilet also smells very bad and there was a cotton tip stuck between the bathing stall and hand wash.
This room should be charged as economy because it’s definitely not premium..

Although the hotel is not so big, the location is excellent. It is only 1- minute walk from Tawaramachi Metro Station and it is located at a hassle area. The staff are very nice. There are some amenities such as skin lotion, face wash up and spoon etc are free to use. Overall, it is good for a short stay.

I love the hotels here in Japan, everyone is so nice and helpful. Hotel staff are able to speak English. Room is super clean!

The room was too small to fit 2 person. After lying down our luggage on the floor, there was no place to walk at all. Regretted not getting a larger room. Maybe list this as a single plus room instead of a doubles. highly not recommending this specific room for couples, get the bigger one instead.
