A hotel with modern designs, but also it means you need to serve your own. The breakfast arrangement was really disappointing. It turns out to be picking up your own food in a convenience store setting. Also, they issued the QR code for settling bill at the “convenience store” with a receipt paper, which is not easy to keep. What makes me more disappointed is that they refused to reissue the QR code after I accidentally lost it. The designs are great. The location is good. But other than that, the food, the service and the arrangement are really not what I have expected.

You can see the Skytree and Sensoji Temple from the cafeteria on the top floor. The location is quite convenient and good. It’s a short walk away from the bustling drug store and shopping. It’s very convenient in all aspects. The room is the type we like, and there are also convenience stores nearby. There are a lot of delicious things. It is the most satisfying hotel in Japan so far.

If possible, it's next to Sensoji Temple. Also very close to the station. You can also see the Skytree from their rooftop.

Advantages: The room is clean and the environment is quiet. There are free drinks on the top floor at night. The Tokyo Tower can be seen from the room. There are foreign staff at the counter. Disadvantages: The price is expensive. The room is small. The shower area has a transparent door. There is no other door separation. No drinking water is provided. I don’t know if the light at the door is bolted. I can’t find the lamp. But I didn’t ask the staff.

The location is very good, the subway is less than 5 minutes from the hotel, and Sensoji Temple can be reached in less than 5 minutes.

Maybe it is defined as a hotel for urban tourism, but what I actually feel is that it is hard to imagine that many basic services are omitted, and all requests are rejected uniformly. On February 19, I returned to Asakusa from Hakone and checked in at about 14:30. I asked if I could go to the public space on the 13th floor to enjoy the unique design experience of OMO3, but I was still refused. I waited until 15:00 to check in with the touch screen. It’s not very clear. There are so many good hotels in Tokyo, why should I arrange to stay at OMO3 Asakusa? This should make the hotel management think about it!

Let’s talk about it first…. The hotel just opened last year and the facilities are very new and clean. The location is very good, very close to Kaminariji Temple, and there are many restaurants nearby. The transportation is convenient, and there are less people at night. If you like a quieter night, it is very suitable. Moreover, I personally think the hotel mattresses are more comfortable than those in other hotels! but, If you want to book a large bed, you really need to look carefully. We, two adults, booked a double bed room. We didn't look carefully when booking, thinking it was a room with two mattresses (you can check the pictures on the official website). Two days before my departure to Japan, I took a closer look and found out that the bed in the room was a bunk bed with two floors. There was no mattress on the upper floor, but a wooden board (the concept of letting guests sit on the upper floor?). I tried to contact trip.con customer service, but the result was There was no room available for me to change, so I was asked to contact the Japanese hotel myself. In the end, the Japanese hotel had no way to help me change the room because I checked in automatically. We stayed for 4 nights and never went up there. We could only use it to store some clothes and coats. As for getting out of bed on one side (!), getting in and out of the bed is a bit troublesome. Moreover, because it is a bunk bed, basically half of the scenery outside the window is blocked, which feels a bit wasteful, because the scenery outside the window can see the temple, which is a very good scenery! Summarize, The above mistakes were caused by individuals not paying attention and have nothing to do with the hotel. I write such a long article just to share with other travelers coming to Tokyo that they should pay attention when booking this hotel. Because when traveling to Tokyo, everyone must be tired from shopping/shopping every day and go back to the hotel. If you go back to a comfortable hotel, you will be in a better mood! Except for the inattentive service staff, the location and facilities are very good. Unfortunately, the room is relatively small and I cannot open all the suitcases. It is recommended not to bring too much luggage.
