I like the vibe and location. Very convenient at the city center that is closer to the shopping area and train station yet not right at the busiest street so the environment is quite safe and quiet. The staff speaks very good English and is very helpful and friendly to answer my question. I really enjoy this place.

Loved my stay at WPU. Shinjuku is kinda crazy to navigate but once you get the hang of it, it's super convenient. And the hotel is in walkable distance to the train and the main bus station, and with lots to do around. The staffs at the hotel all have excellent command of English so communication is really easy. They also provide free coffee, tea, juice and bread in the morning. The room was pretty small but has everything you need and I spent most of the day outside anyway so it was not a problem.

Great location within 10min walk from the main Shinjuku Station! It’s also near popular nightlife spots like Omoide Yokocho and Kabukicho! Staff at front desk are all English-speaking and friendly. The room was not big but just right for a single person. Most importantly it is clean and well maintained. Pretty cost efficient for the amenities and location, highly recommended for solo travelers!

Super friendly front desk staff who were helpful and always ready to assist. The room was cosy and cleaned daily. Would stay here again when I’m back in Tokyo.

It’s located near Shinjuku station and surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls. The staff can speak english fluently.

The location was convenient and easy for me to visit the Kinokuniya bookstore and lots of yummy restaurants nearby. The designs are ionic and fashionable.The room rate was very competitive.

Overall the services, the location and the room size is top notch. I will stay here again if I visit Tokyo again.

Very comfortable stay and helpful staff! The hotel room is big enough to place our luggage.

Small room but great for a solo traveller. Location is easy walk to Shinjuku and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. Will stay again when in Tokyo.

Location is good and staff is friendly, however, the washing machine should be clean as our clothes is really smelly after wash. Also, if the escalator can be open directly to the ground floor then sometime we don’t have to walk the stair up to the hotel.

This hotel location is just perfect! Rooms are big compared to other hotels, facilities are great. Would definitely recommend. Will come here again.
