Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda Reviews

Great location! Only a 10 minutes train from the Terminal to the hotel. The hotel is clean and breakfast buffet was delicious. Would recommend for a short or extended stay. Train station and convenience store are with walking distance.

Very handy located near Haneda airport. Design includes airport themed corridors. Rooms are ok sized for Tokyo and, with this being most likely used for early departure or late arrival, more than adequate. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable and the price reasonable. Good connection to metro and into Tokyo. Would return.

breakfast was super good. Hotel is right outside monorail station so very convenient. Will come back again for sure.

Close to the Haneda airport. Lots of restaurants in HI City (the area of the hotel). Surprisingly nice rooms and very very good service with courteous staff.

The hotel is next to Tenkubashi station. The view is good, the staff are well trained.

Extremely convenient. From Haneda airport, take the train 1 station, and from there it’s a 2 min walk. Perfect for late arrivals. The hotel room itself was perfect. Everything you’d expect from a real proper hotel.

I can see Fuji mountain out the window in the morning, one stop next to airport. Hotel is new and tidy.

Easy to go inner Tokyo by monorail system from Tenkubashi Station. As well as only 1 stop ahead to T3.

very far away from the centre very difficult to locate the address if taking taxi as it shares building with a laboratory my friend is sick and coughing. however the canteen manager does not allow us to pack some breakfast to the room indicating that the food could be poisoned if it is taken out of the canteen. they don’t mind affecting other guests which we don’t understand. horrible experience in this hotel.

Brand new and very nice airport hotel. Rooms are very well equipped. Super quiet. Location is perfect - only 200m to the next station. 3min drive to the airport. The communication with the hotel staff was a bit complicated but friendly. The restaurant was closed already at 20:30 although it says open until 22:00. Would still recommend this hotel!!

Very good and warm service upon arrival (at around midnight). Thanks to the lady who helped me check in at such late hours. Love the location, the sumptuous breakfast, the airport views, the gorgeous rooftop area overlooking a tiny bit of Fuji San. Nice. Will stay again if I have to transit again via HANEDA next time.

Prompt service. Facilities are functional but very well-maintained. Beautiful room with the right ambience. Great rooftop with a unique scenery. Keep it up!

Amazing hotel and very close to HANEDA airport, it will be so good for layovers

The hotel was extremely easy to find from the international terminal of HND. I stepped out of the exit, turned around and it was there on the plaza. When I left the next day, they had a shuttle back to the airport. My room was immaculate with information and instructions available in English. I was also quite impressed with the staff who were quite pleasant and professional. Well done! I have already booked additional nights there for my return trip.
