The hotel is near Chiyoda City which is a nice park. Shimbashi station is a 5min walk away. Rooms are clean but a bit small (normal for Tokyo). Service is good. Breakfast is good.
They don't have a concierge despite trip.com saying they do. Not sure if that is a mistake on their part or on trip.com.
The place has a gym which is open 24/7. I didn't use it but it was good to have the option.
There is also a smoking room and a bar.
Overall, a 5/5 stay for a 3 star hotel.

It is quite continental, next to a subway station, 7-11 across, about 2 to 3 mins walk to a street for restaurants

Worst stay we’ve had in a long time. The bed smelled like smoke so I couldn’t sleep all night due to coughing (asthma). We moved rooms from two twin beds to sharing a king bed and it was better but for the inconvenience we got an apology and one cookie. Went for a drink in the restaurant and the bartender completely ignored us until another person finally came to take our order, and even then the bartender just had to hand one drink to us and he wouldn’t look our way, he was too busy talking to other people. Location wasn’t great. There are lots of hotels to choose from, do not recommend this one.

Went to Tokyo for 48 hrs for work and this hotel find was phenomenal. Location is wonderful, lobby and rooms are chic and clean. They’re on the smaller side but everyone knows Tokyo is tight. The food and bars right across the street are wonderful.

The design, layout and dim lightening make it feel like a *** hotel. Very uncomfortable for a traveller who loves sunshine and simplicity. The breakfast offering is very basic and limited. Not worth the bill. Staff as cold as if they were tidying up a *** HOTEL.

It is a good option, being close to metro station. Clean rooms, helpful staff, not so many breakfast options.

This was a decent stay in Tokyo Ginza area. We are a couple and stayed here for 5 nights. The location was superb being a few mins walk from Simbashi station and a little further from Ginza station. These 2 stations are super convenient. There’s a direct train from Simbashi station to Narita Airport.
The service is typical Japanese. Very strict with the check in and out timings. Having said that, the staff allowed us to store our luggage so we could still do some last minute exploring.

Good location as just 6 minutes walk from the Shimbashi Station. Newly renovated in Dec 2023 so all the facilities are brand new. The staff members at the reception counter are nice and willing to help, and speak fluent English and Japanese.
The corridor of the typical floors are too dim and it may not be suitable for someone with poor eyesight. Others are fine in general.

I stayed here with my friend first, then liked it a lot - this was second time. Lobby, the restaurant very good with view, cleanliness is also great, staffs are all nice and the location is superb! Room is quite small, but it’s Tokyo standard.
