The building was new, but there was hair in the bathroom and there was no TV, just a projector.

The room is not big and very simple? It was so simple that they didn’t even provide deodorant or shoehorn. I thought this should be the standard configuration of Japanese business and economy hotels. The curtains in the room were terrible because they were not close to the wall and there would be light coming from them. The gap showed through and it happened to be facing the bedside... It used to be that there was free breakfast, but now it's gone, only the self-service beverage hall... The front desk staff was very nice, and the guy at the reception immediately switched to Chinese as soon as he saw the passport ( He has a bit of a northern accent, maybe he is from China), and the explanations are very detailed.
