The room is clean enough that people who care about cleanliness will care about it. Please note that the check-in time is limited. It is a little far from any station, but considering the price, it is not a problem at all.

This hotel is very cost-effective. It only takes half an hour to get to Shibuya. However, the disadvantage is that it takes more than ten minutes to walk to JR. I think it's fine if you're just looking for cheap.
It seems that what was originally an apartment building is now being used as a hotel. There was no sense of cleanliness and I felt uncomfortable from beginning to end.
My room was on the 5th floor, but there was no elevator...If I had known that, I would not have booked it. Anyway, there are no repeats here.
