The location is very close to Sengakuji Station, and the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, so I was able to relax and feel at ease. The soundproofing is also excellent and it is quiet.

The biggest attraction of Tokyu Stay is that there must be a washing machine in the room, and there is laundry detergent provided free of charge, you can bring a few less clothes, free up space to buy more loot.

Right around the corner from the hotel is the entrance to the blue and pink lines of the metro, and a five-minute walk away is the station of the green ring line.
It was very convenient to get to the key points of Tokyo.
The hotel itself is compact, the staff speaks good English. The room with two single beds has everything you need and even more:
- washing machine
- refrigerator
- microwave
- electric kettle
- hair dryer
- air conditioning
- humidifier/dehumidifier
- ironing for trousers
- TV with local channels
- soap and toiletries
- free consumables in the form of razors, brushes, toothpaste, etc. (replenished)
Garbage removal and change of towels/robes on request, change of bed linen for an extra fee.
Breakfast for an extra fee is ordered the day before, it is from 6 to 9:30.
The buffet is not very extensive, but very tasty.
