Perfect location! Loved the accessibility from Narita Airport! Straight local train to the hotel, didn't need to carry luggage up stairs, 1 hour journey. Didn't need to take the Narita express which saved us a lot of money! Paid only 1400yen for the local train! Definitely recc this hotel!

Very pleased with our stay. This hotel seems to be new enough. Interior was nice, spacious and not smelly at all. Room was equipped with kettle, fridge, microwave and washer/dryer combo. Walls were thick enough that we couldn't hear any noise from neighbouring rooms and minimum noise outside - could sleep nicely without earplugs. Only thing that bothered a bit was the thick duvet - too hot to sleep under. Next visit will definitely consider this hotel again.

Great hotel right next to the train station. It’s clean and very comfortable.

The hotel has newly facilitiesin room, energy saving, convenient to JR & Metro and has washing machine. Staffs are nice and helpful. Booked 2 rooms which will be arranged on the same floor next to each other.

The biggest attraction of Tokyu Stay is that there must be a washing machine in the room, and there is laundry detergent provided free of charge, you can bring a few less clothes, free up space to buy more loot. Also although the location is not in popular places to stay such as Shinjuku, Tokyo Station, Shinagawa, Ikebukuro or Ueno, whether to and from Haneda or Narita Airport, there is a direct tram ride to Sengakuji Station next to the hotel, about 5 walk nearby - 10 minutes and JR Takawa Gateway station, transportation is very convenient!

The hotel's air conditioner leaked and wet the quilt, but when I left, there was no apology from the front desk

There is no problem with the interior of the hotel. Japanese hotels have no problem with cleanliness. The surrounding area is a bit boring. There is a construction site opposite and there is really not much to visit.
