I never know before that have a good hotel here this hotel is so nice good vibes and good location price is ok too !!!

Great hotel for the price. Rooms are small - if you've never been to Japan you will be surprised by small, maybe tiny is a better word. But that is average for the city at these price points. This hotel has a nice Onsen up at the top, it's clean and i went during the off hours so I felt great.
It got a 4 on facilities because I think the room was a bit TOO small for me

Pretty bad experience. The ad is totally misleading (sauna is only for men for example) and they refused to give us a refund, we had to fight with Trip which eventually did.
Also, sauna is not allowed if you have tattoos which feels a bit xenophobic

Literally the best hotel I stayed in Tokyo in and is so affordable. The rooms are a bit small but so is almost every hotel in Japan. The food is amazing I would def recommend I stayed there for 2 days at the beginning of my trip and then 3 at the end I honestly love it so much I recommend.

The room is really small but compare to the price that is nothing to complain.
The street is around by tons of restaurants, and they all seem are quality restaurants but with good price.
people wearing suits hand around every night.
Only takes 3 mins walk to Chiyoda Line
It’s so convenient to go everywhere.

Solid hotel overall. Great location, close to a station that has all the lines needed to get around Tokyo. The food spots around are also top notch so you don’t need to go far for a great meal.
Rooms may be small for some but was perfect for us especially since it’s a comfy place to sleep. 2 kinds of pillows - one firm with beads and the other soft. Towels were standard and pajamas were provided. Shower wise, use the bath house on the 9th floor as the shower is much better. Sauna is available in the men’s side but apparently the women’s does not have.
Would recommend staying here for the convenience.

the hotel is located in a cozy area, in between stations of 2 subway lines, with cafe, pubs and restaurants nearby. everything in this hotel is ‘just enough’ - the size of the room and bathtub isn’t big but just enough, the hot spring area has just the right amount of space to shower and dry the hair, the room doesn’t come with complimentary water but there’s tea and detox water in the lobby. however the fridge in the room turns off itself and overnight food storage is an issue. service is wonderful nevertheless.

Well located hotel, can be access from multiple subway.
A small hotel, but clean and staffs are friendly and really accommodate your needs.
The only downsides are room too small, you cant open your luggage and for somehow the toilet seat was not heated. This is something i havent found in any other hotel.

We travelled as family of 5 and booked for 2 rooms. Rooms are tiny but neat and clean. Very closed to 7/11 and Family Mart which are very helpful. The hotel is also few mins walking distance to Metro - Chiyoda Line and very useful to go everywhere. Pleasant stay overall

Mr Zhu at front desk very helpful & Chinese speaking. Onsen nice to rest tired feet but beat go between 10-8 less people. Pillow hard not comfortable bed ok. V clean great location to 3 lines of metro. Will come again

Overall, great hotel. Convenient location is a quieter area of Tokyo. The staff were extremely friendly and they have a wonderful bath on the 9th floor, albeit a bit small. The amenities provided were sufficient and the room was clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again.
