Overall it’s a pleasant stay and near to train stations. However, it can still be improve on service side.

Great hotel for Tokyo stay. Location is great, close to Tokyo station and nearby subway stations. Staff very friendly, helped us with an early check in and kept our
Luggage for the day we checked out. Rooms clean and comfy - great amenities. We will stay again.

Great location, close to metro lines and Tokyo station (10 mins walk) Room is quite big for Tokyo for a reason price! Now I become a Mitsui hotels fan

We loved the perfect location of the hotel , near one meteo bus station and also 10-15 minutes walk to the Main train Station.
Room was lovely and quite big for the Area.
Staffe was really nice.
Will be back for a next trip

Hotel is located at Otemachi station which has a few metro lines within a few minutes walk. 10mins walk to Kanda station which is Yamamoto line. Staying near Tokyo station would be more convenient, however the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities located at the lobby allow guests to help ourselves with what we need for our stay. Hotel location is quiet which is good. My wife experienced itchiness on her feet, not sure if it’s the carpet. But overall was a good experience.

Mitsui offers a service a bit above the standard of similar hotels. Very friendly reception. Hotel is near Otrmachi station but depending on the line can.take.some time (the closest is Marunouchi). If you do not mind walking, within 1km radius you can.be.in Tokyo Station, Kanda, or Nihombashi.

Location is good, close to Otemachi subway station. Room is small but clean. I didn't have a breakfast but I had to leave before the restaurant opened. You can pick up amenities in the lobby.

Great hotel, clean. They also have complimentary snacks and rooms are a decent size. Staff is professional. Some restaurants nearby and easy access to convenience stores.

Convenient location with straight line going to Tokyo station and possible to walk with a large luggage even without taking the metro.

Love that it was in a quiet location. Amenities are all given but can get things like tooth brushes etc from the lobby. The front desk were very helpful.
