Mitsui Garden Hotel Gotanda - Tokyo Reviews

The hotel was conveniently located near Gotanda Station. It was easy to move around Tokyo as the city looped trains were just minutes away. Its rooms were tidy and at the average Tokyo hotel size but still comfortable. Its plus point was a clean and spacious hot spring bath inclusive of outdoor one. Its breakfast was optional and provided on G floor at its outsource Italian restaurant (Tanta Tanta The Garden). They were beyond expectations.

Best location with big shopping malls, convenience stores, restaurants nearby and very convenient to go to the train station about 5 minutes walking.. Hotel room and services are good; for the breakfast, it’s quite OK, but it has limited Japanese food.. Lastly, the hotel spa at the rooftop is very nice..

best hotel in tokyo this time, the location so good. the station so close and go anywhere same line , shibuya like 15 arrive and the staffs super nice ;) definitely willl come back stay this one again

5 minutes to Gotanda train station. The balcony on the 15th floor in the lobby has a nice city view. Quite relaxing staying there.

Front desk officers are always friendly and helpful, amazing service, we loved it! Hotel is located near Gotanda Station and has several eateries nearby. Recommended for people who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Areas of interest are usually within 15-35mins away via metro.

My second stay with Mitsui Garden. you can always trust the hotel facilities and services under Mitsui Graden franchies. Room was spacious, cozy and comfortable. Location is ideal and stratergic. Highly recommend!

Location near JR GOTANTA Station. 16th floor Spa Clean and spacious, Frace Restaurant good atmosphere, room is clean and tidy fridge with bottles of mineral water good service.

Excellent service from front desk Ms Iwase, she is sincere and extremely helpfully well out all the way to help, and she speaks very good English.

Overall, things are great during my stay - would definitely recommend others to stay there

Next to the JR Gotanda Station and less crowded area compare to Shinjuku but still have sufficient restaurants, supermarkets and Drug & Cosmetic store for shopping. Photo taken is from the L15 Lobby area.

It it about a 5 mins walk (10 mins with a stroller) to the nearest JR station. With a stroller, you have to go through 2 malls to borrow their lift/escalator to get to the JR station. There is no way for you to simply cross the flat road. There’s a Lawson at the lobby of the hotel, and plenty of food options just 5 mins from the hotel. Overall, a not too bad hotel stay.

Felt safe, the room was big enough and had all the amenities. Staff were helpful but difficult to reach when on the 15th floor and your on the 5th floor. Clean hotel with a lovely restaurant attached. Checkin and out was easy

Service and cleanliness are decent. It’s a rather quiet area yet easy access to popular areas.
