There is an eating area where guest could heat up their food to eat but the down side is, it closes at10.30pm It should remain open till midnight at least. Overall. A good hotel. The bed is specious for a single person room.

Room very small but good location. One thing to take note is free mineral water is only for first day. Balance of the days need to fill up your own water at the water dispenser near to the check in area.

Dated old hotel, rooms are fairly small comparable to small room hotels in tourist areas. There was some dirt in the corners and look not throughly cleaned.

I love the free flow coffee near the lobby. They also had green tea for those non coffee drinkers

Fair location and facilities, service is acceptable.

Good location close to the train station. A lot of restaurants and 24 hours convenient stores around the hotel. Not a bad choice.

The toilet has an awful urine smell and even after housekeeping, the pungent smell is still there. The concierge service staff is quite rude when we asked to change coins for the laundry machine at their hotel. He refuses to change a full 1000yen of coins for us and told us it is the hotel policy. Also, the washing machines were not well maintained and is dirty inside. Overall, would not recommend this hotel as we felt that there would be better accomodations elsewhere for the same price.

Booked 18 meters square room but was given a 14 meters square room. Hotel refused to give me the room I booked although I paid addition fees using Trip.com to book the bigger room. The staff was non chalant to help to change the room. The staff that contacted me from Trip.com was so slow to reply and I only got an answer from the customer support after 4-5 hours. Poor customer service from both parties. Never staying here again.

Hotel is located in a great location and the price is very reasonable. However, it is dated and is not as eye-catching nor pleasant to stay at compared to newer options.

Hotel about 20mins from ueno stn .

The room is smaller than what you would normally get by Japan standard. But the essentials are all there so I guess it would be fine. We are not carrying much luggage so size is not important to us. It is a bit further from the station than it seems on the map because of the layout of the station. But what do you expect from this price point? It does the job and does it well.

More clearing services is better and improve the communication
