The hotel is beside the subway station. There are 2 subway lines: Hanzomon line and Toei oedo line. There is also a Family mart beside the hotel. The staff can speak good english. The twin room is big enough to open large luggage. Breakfast is not the best but good for quick meal.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. We simply love the strategic location that is one stone away from the metro station and the convenience of having a family mart right next to the hotel entrance. The only set back is the size of the room which is pretty squeezy.

Hotel is very clean and staffs are friendly. Very nice environment for family with kids as its Book Cafe has games you can play with kids. Strategic location as it is just next to the train station, few steps walk, and Family Mart business 24 hours just beside the hotel. You can get your needs easily

Hotel was besides the train station making it convenient if u are traveling with multiple people, but the exit is not wheelchair/stroller accesible (this is around the block). Otherwise, the rest of the hotel is excellent, basic breakfast with 24h family mart downstaairs

Good location with calm and convenient for metro to go to many tourist points and nearby the hotel also have temple local restaurants and local cafe with high quality.., recommend for stay here🥰

The location of the hotel was very good, there was a metro station next to the hotel. Our breakfast was included. It would be better if breakfast catered to international cuisine, for example: french fries, egg boiling, various cheeses, tomato, cucumber etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a hotel just outside the subway station. The transportation is very convenient, the whole family is right downstairs If you want to live in Sumida area or commute to Shibuya/Azabu, this is a good place to stay. The hotel is very tidy The breakfast buffet is delicious and healthy👍 The room is large for a single room The point is it's very quiet here at night. The supplies are very basic. You can get your nightgowns from the small grid in front of the counter on the 2F. The CP value is very high, I will come again next time
