Fantastic hotel in a great location right off the Ginza metro line. Great restaurant and the bar has an amazing view of the city lights in the evening and of mt Fuji in the day. The service from check in to departure was top notch. Everyone that works at the hotel is friendly and super helpful. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had.

Bath room is spacious, seperate area for the closet.

I made a reservation for three days starting on October 3, checked out one day early, paid for three nights, and left. Today, October 14th, my credit card was suddenly charged 32,200 yen. I contacted him and said that I drank a bottle of champagne and started talking about the 6th. I left at noon on the 5th. I also received a rhinitis injection on the 4th and could not drink. The hotel checked again and again and said it was the 5th. It was impossible for me to drink after I had the injection, and I had indeed never drank their wine. They suddenly deducted a pre-authorization on my credit card. Either there was a management problem or it was a shady store. I speculated that the most likely reason is that the room I checked out in advance on the 6th was used by someone else who was staying there. I was told that I was contacted on the 7th but there was no reply. I guess who would read the email. My card was suddenly charged and I was speechless. People who usually take the initiative to pay for a bottle of water when checking out.

The gate of Mandarin Hotel is very hidden and difficult to find. Even if the air conditioner is turned on to the minimum, there is a buzzing sound. There is nothing in the bathroom. Covering, you can only stand in the bathtub to take a shower, the water will spray out of the bathtub, the toilet has no cover, and the person who brushes his teeth and washes his face can see the person sitting on the toilet. Even if there are many vacancies at breakfast, you have to wait patiently for the waiter and arrange slowly, the action is too slow. Pros: Good food, clean room, nice view, overall not worth it. The spa on the 37th floor from 6-9:00 in the morning is free, and the cherry blossoms in the streets near the hotel are very beautiful. , the nearby Mitsukoshi and other shopping malls are also very convenient to go shopping. The breakfast options are not as rich as expected, but it is enough. 

The service attitude is excellent. The location is very good, just next to Mitsukoshi. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Yaesu.
