It is just 3 minutes walk to Asakusa famous spot and any of the subway stations! If you are lucky, you can have a room with the Skytree view in your room. Definitely a worthy place to live in tokyo

Great location with excellent service, staff are very polite and the breakfast are great. Too bad we were told that the hotel will no longer provide two beds room, it will be excellent to have this option as not everyone always sleep tightly...other than that it is worth staying.

The hotel location is excellent. very close to popular sightseeing spot yet quiet community. The bath room setup is best in its class. Lack of public rest place is the only weak point.

So far this is the best hotel I’ve lodged in Asakusa district, walking distance to my company HQ, surrounded by many attractions like Senso-ji 👍🏼

It would be appreciated if I was allowed to check in earlier (I arrived there ard 11am) but in general the hotel room was amazingly clean, quite close to the metro, the tourist hotspots and different convenient shops.

Cozy room, nice breakfast. Our room facing skytree tower, however needa top up 1000 yen per night but is worth it. Staffs are helpful and flexible.

Food is ****. Location is acceptable. The bed is incline fed and very bad. Room is very small. To avoid at all cost

This hotel is strongly not recommended family with children.Upon arrival at this highly-rated hotel, we were immediately disappointed. There was no greeting, and we were informed that our room could only accommodate one adult and one toddler, despite our booking being confirmed for two adults and one child. Trip was unable to resolve the issue immediately, forcing us to pay an additional 2000 yen per night for three nights, totaling 6000 yen. Additionally, although breakfast was included for two persons per room, we were asked to pay an extra 2200 yen per breakfast. The check-in staff member, Byamba needs to learn the hotel etiquette, she is very un- professional with her work. She doesn’t understand the customers situation.Despite being told we could join the double beds, the front desk later informed us that only housekeeping could do this, and warned us that any damages incurred by doing it ourselves would result in penalties.but thinks to landa. She was quite helpful in many ways. This hotel’s service attitude is shockingly poor and completely undeserving of its high rating. To add to the disappointment, the hotel does not provide drinking water bottles but need to go down to floor 2 to fill in from dispensers and has limited amenities. There is not room service for three consecutive nights. Breakfast is limited set menu which repeats every day. Only good thing about this hotel is close to metro line . Though i don’t review hotel so negatively but for this hotel I couldn’t think anything positive. And I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.rephrase it as hotel reviews.

It is quite good located hotel the price and comfort is well balanced. Unfortunately hotel support is awful, and the attitude towards the guests is callous and too formal. I asked for cancellation of booking just for 1 night and instead I booked 2 more night little bit later in the same hotel. Despite of the fact that I’ve announced it with one week and the fact, that we will come in the hotel later the support didn’t canceled my reservation and withdrew money. I’m upset of this situation and I won’t recommend this hotel to my friends. I’m sure, that the attitude to the guests should be more personal and friendly. And the real assessment should be given by how the hotel solve the problems.

Great location. near subway station, very convenient. the only thing not satisfying is the size of the room. way to small.

Great hotel in the best location in Tokyo. Convenient for both airports and getting to any corner of the city. Clean rooms and good breakfast too

Overall is good, good location, environment and services.
