The stay was enjoyable. Clean and comfortable . Will definitely come back when I visit Tokyo again

Very convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable abd quiet, thoughtfully designed rooms. Strangely, although my room was cleaned, the toilet wasn't on 2 days, seems like the room attendant didn't pay enough attention. Room 824, January 14-17.

Conveniently located, staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very close to Tsukiji Fish Market and not far from 豐州千客萬來. Will be back in the future for sure!

The hotel is close to metro station and walking distance to a few focal points. The room maybe a bit small but it's overall trends in Japan. I generally satisfied my stay right here.

I am most disappointed with the services that the hotel staff provided as there was an incidence happened at our last day stay 25/5/24. The hotel provided a small tablet device that control everything like alarm, light switches air conditioning etc. and at 6 am that morning (25/5) without any of us notice, the "do not clean room" button was pressed and three of us came back at 4 pm in the afternoon finding out the room wasn't clean and the staff just say sorry you press the wrong button and the cleaning services finishes at 2pm. Three persons stayed in a tiny room with no cleaning up wasn't nice and we were not aware of this no clean service button as even with instruction it takes time to get used to. However all the staff after checking all the electronic data just want to prove it was one of us that press the wrong button and it is not their fault and sorry bad luck ! I don't call that services and it looks more like a punishment and no staff has offered alternatives and sympathy as you know how small a room in Tokyo is. As soon as they know they haven't done anything wrong they shrug of their responsibility and I might as well speak to a robot and why bother putting them there at the lobby.

nice location with many cool places around, such as the fish market. Very clean facilities. The room was a bit small, but overall, it was great

The young girls at the reception are very unfriendly and unhelpful, We have to ask the manager to get issue solved. They charge 1000 yuan per hour before 3pm. The room is very small and narrow. Not recommended.

Convenient locations with many nice eateries and near to famous Sujikiji market . Hotel new and reception helpful. Only blemish is they forget to tidy my room the day before my departure. Surprise when I returned to my room late night🥴

The room is tiny but very clean and cozy, the bed is very comfortable, I had a very good sleep

Had my flight delayed and requested for an extended check-out but in vain. In return, I was told to pay additional 1k JPY for every hour of extension. IMO, there’s nothing wrong with their way of handling the request, but hope to have them consider the request especially I have been staying the same hotel during my last three trip to Tokyo.

Good breakfast spread and service. Room is typically small but adequate, clean and comfortable.

Hotel near tsukiji station exit which very near Ginza and city center. We basically using the same line cross to others locations all very convenient. Taxi around ginza price btw 800-1300 yen.

Room is relatively small for family of 3. But price is reasonable
