The reception service attitude is very good. The hotel has a parking lot, which costs 2200 yen per day.

Very clean and quiet hotel.
Rooms are very good.
Toilet and shower facilities top notch.
And the best thing is you can leave your big luggage if you are going out of Tokyo for a few nights but coming back again to stay at the end of your trip before you leave Japan.
I planned to stay at Tokyo two more nights before leaving and booked myself in here, and they were very happy to store my big luggage until I returned for my stay.
Excellent customer service.

The room was really nice. Staff is very helpful, polite and the breakfast was simply delicious.

Nothing to fault this hotel really other than the room is bit small which appear to be the norm in Japan. We enjoyed stay here for budget travelling here.

location is good within walking distance to shopping mall, & station. Hotel breakfast was good. Room size is reasonable, good size bed .

Great little hotel, we were arriving at Haneda after midnight, and I was able to call the hotel to allow us to check in at 2am. Good AC in the room and an awesome staff! The only downside was that it was a couple blocks to get to a large subway station.

Good value for money with good access to train, restaurants and attractions. Walk 100m to a major train station. A little bit further to a mall and popular train station.
