I love the location near to everything. The hotel is very clean and staff is so friendly. I recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good staff, tasty breakfasts. Yet room is very dusty, someones hairs on the carpet... Bathroom is clear enough, everyday changing towels and bedding were okay.

Great Value Hotel! Quiet neighborhood. Accessible to train station. Convenient for walking.

It was simply, clean comfortable accommodation with clean, white towels and sheets. I love the hot water maker, there was also a tiny fridge. The bathtub was nice after a long day. It was nice to open the window and have some fresh air in. There is a funny smell that goes away when the AC is on. The bathtub is not sealed so water is going into the sides. It was nice to have a laundry room but unfortunately no one is cleaning the lint from the dryer. I love the all you can eat breakfast. It was a lot of delicious food. I would stay again.

The hotel and room are clean. Cleaned every day, towels changed. The hotel has a vending machine with drinks, a microwave and a cooler. There is a fridge in the room. Socket and lamp near the bed.

Very Very bad experience in this hotel. The room had a strange smell, the duvet cover had not been changed, and the sanitary conditions were terrible. I had began to cough on the way back, probably because of the poor ventilation in the hotel. The waiter in the hotel is very mean, impolite to the guests, and will never go there again

The hotel is well located just few minutes walk from Tokyo city terminal. About 3mins walk to the train station. But hotel is old and has a funny smell. I wasn’t satisfied with the staff.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good as it was near 2-3 metro/rail stations.

Staff are approachable and helpful.. Although some can not speak English but still willing to helo by using their google translate app.

Nice hotel, great location, several subway stations nearby, walking distance to Ginza and Tokyo Station. Quiet and cozy neighborhood, lots of restaurants and stores.

Every things is good location staff very polite just need to put one thing in room is coffee packets. Rest all good 😁😁

Overall is good, just some "senior" staff no so polite and they can't listen & speak English. Some rooms electric socket and fan blower need to service or repair.

Spacious room. Really standard spacious in central Tokyo. Very convenient. Clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. I will stay here again next time in Tokyo!
