Room with great view, nice, clean and quite location, close to Metro, public bath with great seaview too!

Not satisfied, I already paid on the app, but when I checked in, the staff said no and told me to pay again. Because it was late at night, I had to pay again

Very kind and helpful staff who will try to help you with everything and answer all your questions. Also a very comfortable room with a beautiful view from the window.

The Azur Hotel with a beautiful rainbow bridge view was very nice.

The room was small, but we could see the Rainbow Bridge from the window, and we could see the ships arriving and departing! The bathroom in the room was small, but there was a large public bath, so it wasn't a problem. The hair dryer had a low airflow.

Again, old. Located in Takeshiba, although surrounded by large companies, there are few places to eat and walk around, not as good as the city center.

I had an unpleasant experience with the conversation between staff at the breakfast venue.

Stayed overnight for business. Right next to Takeshiba Station and not far from Hamamatsucho Station. The location is convenient and good. Having a public bath was attractive, but I couldn't use it because the opening hours were short (22:30). I wish they would stay open a little later at night. It may have been a coincidence, but the room I used didn't have a set of towels, there was hair on the sink, and it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned properly. It was nice that when I contacted the front desk and said, "We don't have a set of towels," they brought one right away. Unfortunately, there was no bath mat in the one they brought. This is an option if location is important, but I would like to use it again! I felt like it wasn't that bad.

The hotel atmosphere was nice, and the sea was right in front, so the view was nice. The convenience store was also a 3-minute walk away, so it was very convenient! The station was also close, a 10-minute walk away, and there was a public bathhouse, so it was nice to be able to wash in a large space.

Very good hotel, next to  Starbucks The only downside is that it is a bit far from the train station. LikeFree self-service washing machine. There is also a hot spring for bathing.

The entrance is too narrow, and the rooms in Japan are small. Others are ok and the window is also good

The location is very good ⭕️ It would have been even better if there were more amenities. It can't be helped that the flow is like that now.
